The two-star rating goes out to boost in general not just any specific location. I've been abused for years and have not complained about the service until now ever since they launched their new app service has been terrible. I don't know what happened I need to go back to the way it was.

I recently went to this location and had Tesla help us and she was amazing! We have two lines and we were told the other line couldn't get an upgrade But Tesla looked it up and She found that we were able to get it and she helped us. We were so appreciative to her. I apologize because I'm pretty sure I'm not spelling her name right. Anyway she is wonderful and defiantly an asset to your company. Thanks again Tesla for all your help. Sincerely, Amy Sardella

Thesla is an absolute rock star at customer service. I am newbie when it comes to this sort of thing. She didn't look down on me at all. She helped and advised me with a considerate attitude. You've earned a customer for life!

Came in to get assistance switching my service onto my new iphone. Melissa, Marie, and Jamie were very knowledgeable and helpful. They had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Very great costumer service! Highly recommend!
