My phone locked up on me and no bot over the phone nor anyone at boost seemed to be able to help me get back into it. Luckily my sister had some phone knowledge and after being without a phone for almost 48 hours, she figured it out and got me back into it, but although I do not know what I did to lock myself out. I am enjoying the phone! Ty for inquiring!

My phone was not working. Couldn’t make call, nothing . I was worried and took it to this store on 59th street. The manager very friendly took care of me and troubleshoot my phone . In less than 5 minutes my phone was working . I really recommend that location.
