Yehira at the store if I-44 and May was given a last minute request to process and set up my new iPhone. She almost had it complete when I arrived and then helped me transfer from one phone to another. I have had cell phones, many since 1991 and dealt with many Techs. She is faster and more efficient than any I have experiencedTruly a gem of an employee that should go far in whatever her path holds

The Customer Service there is horrible! Woke up this morning and my phone won't turn on.... Went up there for help, she picked up my phone a said "Oh, is this a Stylus 6, I'm not surprised it's not working, they have been blowing up in people's faces, they aren't even manufacturing them anymore..." I asked her what I need to do to get a working phone she told me to file a claim. I asked what the insurance deductible would be, she still never looked up my account, she said call them. I asked what deals were going if I were to just do my own line, she said I'd have to buy a new phone or "Go to another company" . Wow, so their own customer service representative, told me to go to a different company, and never did anything to helpe solve the phone problem. Her only effort was to push the power on button. The guy just sat there like he did with the customer before me.???

I went a few months ago to purchase a phone. Granted, when I went the store wasn't open even though it was 10 minutes past 9:30, their listed opening time. I went to other stores around the area, and they all listed the same time yet they weren't open. I returned to the store later in the day, and they were finally open. Customer service tip: update your listed hours. Anyways, I quizzed the young lady who helped me, and she answered every question about their phone plans, so I went ahead and purchased an Iphone 6. A couple weeks ago, I broke my phone to the point of no repair, so I went back thinking I could purchase the Iphone 6 again at the same price I did last time, which was 199. Nope. Another young lady was there that day and quoted me 449, because apparently it wasn't time for my upgrade. Well, it wasn't even an upgrade (it was the same grade), so I noped out of there, went home and logged onto boost's online store and was able to purchase a pre-owned Iphone 6 for 129 without a problem. It arrived a few days later, no shipping charges, fairly easy to set-up. I dunno if this gal wanted to meet a sales goal or what, but I thought it was a bit ridiculous. You'd think the stores would match boost's online price since it's the same company, or honor the 199 since there were posters in the store advertising Iphone 6's for 199. I suggest purchasing online for better deals, and paying your bill online if you can to avoid the 2-3.00 charge for using your debit card in-store.
