Those young women that work up are the absolute best. My lady friend and I are old people and as for me I was one of those that kind of ran from tech in the beginning so I am still learning. Last month I think we were having trouble with our phones and we couldn't figure out what was wrong and each time we went there they took the time to troubleshoot our problems until they found the problems,and sloved them .Because of there professional conduct l will be a boost costumer for ever. Just keep hiring people of that caliber.

Valeria at Boost Mobile on 10th & May is polite, knowledgeable and goes beyond explanation with a detail and options to make sure your phone and plan matches your needs. I am 52 and rarely write reviews, but my experience warranted this. She is an asset.

I went in to get my existing service upgraded to newer iPhones I had bought online for my kids. The woman working was quick and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a flash and their new iphones work with no issues!!

I needed to get my old phone with boost swapped out. I talked on the phone to Yajaira. There were stores closer but she was so nice and helpful...I decided to drive further just to have her wait on me. I was correct in doing so ...she is a true asset to Boost! Thank you Yajaira.

Horrible experience I'm from out of state and needed my baby's phone connected. GIRL HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE STORE SHE DIDN'T WANNA HELP ME!!! SHE WOULDN'T TELL ME HER NAME AND TOLD ME BYE. WOW SO GLAD I SWITCHED COMPANIES

Not willing to look at my spouses new phone. Just checked to see if our acct had data interruption. After we tried to show how painfully slow my spouses new phone had become, employee suggested taking to tech for virus removal. I told employee that we had virus protector but employee said it could come from that. Felt ditched at this point. She mentioned there had been issues with ZTE but did nothing about it.
