Sign says 9 recording says 9 and it's not open. Been sitting here for 5 minutes waiting. Sorry but you wasn't because I was sitting there before 9 and I pulled on both doors. And I left and came back and the door opened lights were on yet when I walked in 2 other gentleman walked as well and no one came to the front so after 5 minutes I left I don't know about the 2 guys.

Sold me not one but two broken iPhones they replaced the first one with another broke phone that glitches out and has battery issues. Employee called regional manager and manager told her to tell me to contact my insurance and file a claim and pay a deductible after already being out almost $400 on their broken phones. Their phones are NOT new, badly refurbished in “ acceptable “ condition. Take your money and time somewhere else

The workers were fine, and I did not receive any hostility from them; but the reason I am giving it a 3 out of 5 is because it seems that they were being pushed to have customers get new phones. The customer in front of me was pushed for that, and so was I even though my phone is not even two years old. This issue to resolve was, get a new phone. So your telling me that if I want all of my texts to get through I will need a new phone?
