Flew out from NC to OKC to buy a car . Wanted my ducks in a Row , Melanie, the only femaleCar sales person was AMAZING !!! Sadly she didn’t do finance , but did save the day . However , I had to deal with Dwight in financing . He is cocky and rude . I called twice from out of state , he hung up on me twice . I had to go through Melanie to get him to do his job. It was so bad the Director had to get involved . I’m not sure if he was just a mean person or homophobic or both . Never again .Thanks to Melanie doing her job and going above and beyond to help me (the customer ) and keeping customer values . I flew in bought my car and drive back to NC .I don’t care who you are , if you’re a nice person treat people like people . I was the customer !!

My salesperson was Dale. He was very calm and welcoming. We took a test drive and everything was routine. This dealership is full of tenured and professional folks who seem to take pride in an honest handshake and a smile. The buying process was easy and stress free - no games at all. I highly recommend that you buy your next vehicle from my new friend Dave!!

I recently purchased a Mazda CX90 from Bob Moore Mazda and the experience was awesome. Mark Zachary was my sales associate and very informative and helped with the process so much. We were there three different times trying to make the decision and he was very helpful and supportive...cared about my decision but not over bearing. I would highly recommend for anyone.. The car has been excellent and well made for a new modal. Thank you Bob Moore Mazda!

Mark was amazing! He gave us an excellent car and service. I’m so glad we came when we did to have Mark help us. He truly has a kind soul and gave me just the car I wanted at the right price. He didn’t trying to have me pay for anything I didn’t need or wanted and I drove off the lot the same day! Thank you Mark!

Do not go here for service if you did not purchase the vehicle through Bob moore mazda. They do NOTHING for you. I purchased my MAZDA through a dealership in Illinois as that is where I lived, purchased a extended warranty with service agreement. Bob Moore will Only work with you if you purchase from them.I attempted to use my agreement twice. The first time I was informed it didn't cover 100% as I was told when I made the purchase. Through numerous calls to the dealership purchased from and the administrative company I came to terms it was only going to cover $75 at each routine maintenance time. I went today Saturday for an oil change, initially scheduled over 2 weeks ago (more than enough time for them to do whatever with my warranty company) only to be told that since they are closed today they can't honor it.

When we originally started looking we figured we’d buy a used car. Car prices are wild right now, so we started looking at new cars. We drove Subaru, Honda, and Toyota in addition to the Mazda. The Mazda CX-5 was hands down the best Crossover based on features for the best price. We had an excellent experience with Dale and the team. They were great to us and so kind to our son that we had with us. They also took great care to ensure we understood all the car features after we bought the car and before we drove away. Great service from start to finish.

5 STARS for sure. Worked with Mark Zachery (he's DA BOMB). Wasn't pushy. Listened to us. Didn't have to go to "his" Manager for everything. Very relaxed setting overall.We left our dog leash in the vehicle when we left. I called Mark AFTER he had already left about it. He went BACK and made sure the leash was found and mailed to us. Can't say ENOUGH about the personal service we received. THANK YOU !!!

Amazing customer service and Sam the technician is excellent and always fixes any problems I have had with my car the first time! I purchased my car at Nelson Tulsa and will never do service with them again so I came over to Bob Moore Mazda and they’ve been beyond exceptional!! Highly recommend them for any service your car may need.

We had a wonderful experience getting our new Mazda CX-5. Even though we came in at the end of the day, they patiently worked with us and gave us a fair deal. They listened well, didn’t attempt to over sale us, and made our kids feel like a part of the process which is great education for them. Would recommend!

I took my Mazda to Bob Moore Mazda for the first time for an oil & filter change. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions. My car was done in no time I am very pleased with Bob Moore Mazda and will be back. They offer truly exceptional customer service.

I would do 0 stars if possible! I had a recall on my car, so I decided to take it there to get the work done. They informed me when I set my appointment that it would be about three hours so I came prepared. When I got there, I checked in and they stated they would get busy on my recall work. About an hour in, one of the service guys came and found me and started showing me pictures of all these things that were wrong with my car and needed fixed immediately. To the tune of $2000! At first, I was taken aback, because I had not asked them to look at anything on my car besides the recall work. I felt that it was very offensive for him to think that I (65 yr old female)would be able to look at all those pictures and see what was supposedly wrong with my car. I was offended and ask him to do the recall work and get my car back to me. He gave me a written printout of all the things that were supposedly wrong with my car, and again warned me of the danger of driving without at least one of the items fixed. I have a very trusted, honest mechanic that I have used for many many years. I promptly took the written report hegave me and my car to my mechanic for him to look at all of the things listed on the report. He gave my car back to me and said it was in perfect condition and none of the things listed needed repaired. He also said they see this often from dealership service departments. Needless to say, Bob Moore Mazda has a black mark in my book, and will NEVER gain my trust. if the inspection you did on my vehicle was mandatory by Mazda as you said it was, then I should’ve been informed of that when I brought my car in for the recall work. At least I wouldn’t have been shocked when they came looking for me with the report. Will never go back there or refer them!

Went in looking for a reliable car, had an appointment set for 11 on a Saturday and didn't leave until after 3!!!! Only number that was ever give on this whole entire time gram was the overall price of the car. Waited to talk to the "business office" for 2 + hours and ended up leaving because we wasted the whole day at one dealership. When you work Monday-Friday and Saturdays are your only day to look for a car very frustrating especially because we had 2 other appointments scheduled that we missed because of this dealership. On top of all of the above, come to find out the dealership ran my credit 11 TIMES! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Idk if it was because we were a young couple and I'm a female so they were trying to take advantage of us or what, but making this review so if other young people or females were looking at this dealership for a car I might go elsewhere instead.....Going to take at least 2 years to fix the credit score now. Also went to go look at another car today and got told the down payment would be 6,000 or 7,000 solely because of how many times this dealership ran the credit!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. To end this review, the car salesman called back a week later asking where we left off on the buying process... How were you the car salesman and you don't even know where "your" sale was left off at last.... Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
