I now have a 2024 Seltos. I had my vehicle serviced at 5000 miles at Bob Moore Kia about 6 weeks ago. I have no idea what an 8000 mile maintenance is but I got an email reminder that it might be due. I called Bob Moore service and they told me to ignore it. They had already sent a reminder for my 5000 mile maintenance. I got them both today in my email. I am pretty much gobsmacked that you don't already know that I had my maintenance done at 5000 miles. Your reminders are confusing and pointless. Wad Zup Wid Dat?

The recall repair was made. Air was added to my tire. Then followed a near relentless hounding for feedback and review. Four, possibly five phone calls and a veritable blizzard of emails. Please STOP. You have now successfully compelled me to respond.

Labor Day weekend our daughter had car trouble at college two states away. The road side repair guy came tightened the battery cable and jump started her car. She went to check it at the auto parts store and they told her she had a bad alternator. When I also from out of state met her at my older daughter’s house she had called the dealership and the service guy (Nate) I believe said please bring it in so we can check it. So even though they knew they wouldn’t get the business because she had to get back to college before they were available THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of my girl. They not only checked the battery but did a full complementary check with video and washed her car on top of that. Thank you so much Willie E. for taking good care of us!
I would wholeheartedly recommend a dealership like this if this is how they treat people that more that likely won’t be able to do much business due to the distance.

THIS should be the number one Kia in the metro ! I had a VERY bad experience at Sooner Kia and was leery of trying another.. HUGE shout out to Richard ! He was so calming and reassuring, respectful and oh so friendly . He in NO way pressured me. He walked me through my decision and let me go home to decide. The next day he had the suv in the shop being tinted as I had asked, before I came in to do paperwork, AND during th paperwork process he found an error ! He could have said nothing and made more money but it wasn’t what I was quoted the day before . He found it and fixed it ! That’s Honesty! Tell me where you going to find that ? It’s so stressful making such a big purchase , but they were so good to help me through it and give me time. GO BOB MOORE . You won’t be disappointed! Thankyou to you all for making me feel comfortable in purchasing my new car . I will be back.. And direct everyone I know here ! I will forever sing your praises !

I had the absolute best experience at Bob Moore Kia! Taylin was fantastic. She made me feel extremely comfortable during my buying process. She was very communicative and supportive. She and Josie were extremely nice. The manager, Don was great too. They've definitely changed my perspective on dealerships. 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I were forced to wait for our new Kia Niro's detailing for an extensive amount of time. The whole process of buying the car was well over 3 hours. It would have been longer except my wife, who suffers from extreme sciatica, insisted on leaving. Sitting for a long period of time causes sharp pains down her legs. The salesman, Jerry, was very helpful but the manager was horrible, even after the sale. I had to remove plastic and junk off of the car myself. The good news was that the dealer's name was not labeled onto the back.

We just bought a 2024 Kia Telluride from Bob Moore Kia and it was the smoothest, easiest purchase I have made on a new vehicle. William Baylock met us on the lot and was amazing all through the process. Everyone we dealt with was cordial and helpful and would highly recommend Bob Moore Kia.

I would go anywhere else before I took my car for service here. We took our K5 in for an AC issue. When they called us with the diagnosis, they informed us the entire fuse box/wiring harness was bad and needed 7,000 dollars in repair. They said that was just the tip of the iceberg and more could be wrong. We picked our car up to get a second opinion. Upon getting the second opinion it was found that a fuse was bad at the fuse box, not the entire box. Not only were we lied to about the fuse box Bob Moore's multi-point inspection found 2k more things that were "wrong" that the second dealership did not see. Run don't walk from this service department when we picked the car up it was magically "sparking' which was not told to us before. Wasted $238 dollars in "diagnostic" here to be lied to. I highly recommend Lawton Kia and their team for being honest and fixing the issue without trying to scam a family out of thousands of dollars.

Be cautious. They make you feel like an appreciated customer, but if you have an issue on a used car you just bought, they make you feel like a complete waste of their time. We bought a used vehicle yesterday, and the check engine light came on the very NEXT MORNING after we brought it home. Richard, our salesman, acted like I was a complete bother when I asked him about it. The finance department is extremely pushy, so be on your guard when paying. When you say no to a much higher monthly payment and extended warranty, they bring in a different guy to push it even further. Just a lot of things that happened that made our experience one that guarantees we won’t be back. We will also warn those we care about if ever someone talks about purchasing a new or used car.

Excellent service and experience, highly recommend. Visiting car dealerships is my least favorite thing in the world but, my experience here was outstanding!! Taylin provided outstanding service with a smile and was easy to work with. She really went above and beyond to make my experience a great one and I left with a terrific vehicle! The entire team was great, from the Manager to Rick in Finance! Highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
