I had the true pleasure of working with Phillip while shopping for a vehicle last week. He was welcoming and friendly from the “git go” as he met us out in the lot checking out what I was hoping would be my “dream car”. In fact, it turned out to be “the one” but not without Phillip’s patience and professionalism. No one that we encountered at Bob Moore Infiniti was anything but kind and helpful. We appreciate everyone that helped us make this purchase possible!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday. After waiting for two hours for it to be completed, driving home I noticed my tire pressure was all over the place, basically just how it was when I brought it in. 42-39-37-38. So that tells me they did not check my pressure after the rotation. My air conditioner had been changed, my vents and temp. Also a mint I keep in my change spot was gone. That is there when my blood sugar drops and it’s gone. Very disappointed with my service this time. I drive almost an hour to use Bob Moore but I doubt I will be back.

Steve shouldn’t be a manager from the way I overheard how he treats his team members. Steve should go sit in the corner and reflect while brainstorming on how to correctly speak to people like they’re humans.

Had the best experience ever at Bob Moore Infiniti. PHILLIP BOSTICK was our salesman and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. It was very informative and laid out as it was. No hidden fees, everything went as promised.
Very delighted in this dealership and all that were involved in making our purchase !!

Scamming 100% disabled vet!! Before you spend your hard earned money on a vehicle. Think about who you’re dealing with. A company that will shake your hand and thank you for your service. Then try and scam you for $7000 with lie on lies. Imagine how they will honor your follow up and warranty.

My review is for the Service Department specifically. I did not purchase my Infiniti at this dealership, but I use its Service Department for my SUV's maintenance and repairs. My experience over the past 2 years has been great. It's easy to schedule an appointment, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the work gets done quickly. All of my visits have been painless. And big shout-out to Lee, one of the service leads/managers. He helped me work with my extended warranty provider to get a costly repair covered. He made the entire process very easy.

You know that certain crowd that says to never take your car to the dealer for service?
Well, I didn’t listen to them, and I got some great service as a result!
These guys know Infiniti cars, and I know that when I bring my car to them, whatever it needs done will get done right!
I love the complimentary inspection to let me know of anything that needs immediate attention, as well as what will be needed soon helping me budget the time and money needed to keep my car running at its best!
I also love their complimentary loaner car program. They can take all the time they need to work on my vehicle and I stay mobile throughout the process!

This was the easiest and best car buying experience we have ever experienced. My wife usually gets real bad anxiety whenever we go to purchase a vehicle, this time that was not the case. Naaman was fantastic to deal with as well as the rest of the Bob Moore sales team. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. We walked away with a fair deal and feeling good about our purchase.
