When I was first looking to get the new 2024 Mustang GT, I spoke with several dealerships to get an allocation. Bob Moore was the first to reach back out to me, so I went with them. Through out the whole process they were more than accommodating. Even though I was very particular about how I wanted the vehicle to be handled ( I did not want them to unpack it, detail it, or drill holes in the bumper) They did everything I asked and even followed up with my to make sure they had everything correct with my order. Dillon handled everything for me and was so delightful to work with. I would recommend Bob Moore over and over again. They are awesome!! Ask for Dillion and you will not be disappointed. He was very pleasant to work with and his customer service was impeccable!

⏩LIARS!!! Don't trust them at all. Here is my experience:UPDATE: Took it to TRUSTED MECHANIC who in 5 minutes found the obvious problem - something bent the shock and CUT THE LINE - the leak Bob Moore Ford couldn't find. Translation: FORD NEVER DID ANY WORK, although they did unhook all the hoses. I attached invoiced labor descriptions from both.Original review:?As many have already shared, the service department charges $169 to do a diagnostic. Although we informed them exactly what the problem was, they said everyone needs this diagnostic. Fine. We had to make an appointment to bring the vehicle, and having a future scheduled time to bring it makes you assume that's when they will get to your vehicle. Yeah, that means nothing. When you call two days later to see how things are going, they say they haven't gotten to it. When you inform them you plan to come get the vehicle (because they have "400 other people that also want their vehicles worked on" and don't know when they can get to it, and so that you don't owe them the diagnostic), they call back quickly to say they actually "got to it yesterday." They inform you of the problem you brought it in for, but say they cannot locate it (A/C stopped running cold). They put in refrigerant and accused any past mechanics of emptying it because it was completely gone. They also put in dye, after being authorized by us to do so. We did not know that authorization meant they were going to have us pick up the vehicle without fixing it. I'm simply supposed to take it back to them when the A/C stops running cold again - "could be a week, could be a year." They stated that they TRIED AND TRIED AND COULD NOT FIND A LEAK. UNABLE TO FIND THE LEAK. The A/C quickly stopped being at all cool on my way home. I intend to call a more trusted mechanic so that someone will actually put in the work to take care of the problem. The bill for almost $400 included refrigerant and dye. NO WORK DONE. And nothing was fixed. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. With that kind of overcharging, it is not in our budget to take it back to THEM. Save yourself the trouble and find a trustworthy mechanic.

we bought a truck this week from this dealership. my husband had spent at least a month looking online for what he was looking to buy. We had secured our own financing and the day we showed up to close on the vehicle not only was the dealer we worked with rude but acted as though we were a total inconvenience. The finance guy was equally as impatient with us and our bank representative. If we had not already done the paperwork I would have chose to walk away. I have always bought vehicles from the same dealership back home and never ever have I been treated in this manner. I would not wish this kind of treatment on anyone else seeking to buy a new vehicle. Customer service truly matters.

Had a recall on my husbands truck that I didn’t have time to bring up to the dealership to get fix. The service advisor Chris was extremely helpful and recommended their mobile service. The next day technician Brian came out to my house and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I greatly appreciate both Chris and Brian for making sure the issue was resolved with little to no effort from me!

It’s literally a shame when you have 2 vehicles that have recalls, & this place is just a few miles from my home…. Yet I have to have my truck towed 42 miles away to get them serviced. I have called several times over the last 6 months, and they keep having to “call me back,” yet the silence coming from my phone is priceless. As of this weekend, I broke down on the way home, in a construction zone (I have no choice but to drive my truck anyway to get to work…) What’s more fun than brake failure?! I waited over 2 hours for a tow truck in a heavy traffic area. When I could have had this fixed months ago!Update: I finally managed to get my truck in for the recall service. The amount of poor communication, poor customer service from the service advisor Chris alone is enough to turn someone away. I will never return to this dealership for any reason! Side note they tried to bully us into paying a diagnostic fee of over $160…They use the article clause (saying you have cleaned out your vehicle of personal belongings) to try and make you think you’ve signed an agreement to pay. We ended up dealing with the service dept manager.

My family has purchased 8 new vehicles over the past 15 years and our experience with Bob Moore Ford was the best!. I purchased our 2023 Ford Expedition primarily over the phone and email with Carl W. He is an outstanding salesman and truly cared about my desires and treated me like a family member (at least the good kind of family members). He followed up with me after my 9+ hour drive back to my home of record to see how my trip went. Matt T was also great while working financing and explaining options towards different types of warranties. Ben H. even took the time to talk with me about my purchase and passed me his contact info incase I needed any further assistance. Shop, Bob Moore Ford...you'll be highly impressed and grateful!

I took my Mach-E to Bob Moore to address a couple items. Brandon assisted me. He kept me informed throughout the process and was kind and polite. I am so very pleased with how friendly and courteous the service was. I walked in and was immediately impressed with how professional the people were as well as the set up. A tech came right up and greeted me, got my key and pulled my car right in. I was anxious at first because we had not been treated so well at another dealership in the past, which is why I wanted to try out Bob Moore. But just after a few interactions there, I immediately felt comfortable. When my car was done they even delivered it to me! There is a future item that will need to be done and Brandon mentioned they could just send out a tech right to my house to do it! We are a Ford family and will definitely bring all of our Fords to Bob Moore going forward. If we need to purchase in the future, they will be our first stop. Kudos to Brandon and the team at Bob Moore Ford! Thank you!

Fantastic experience with Bob Moore Ford off of S 89th and I-35. I had only planned on looking at vehicles for my wife that day when we met Carl at Bob Moore. He was very personable and only gave us the facts that we had asked for. We ended up purchasing a 2020 Ford Edge! If you want a great, “no hustle” experience.. he didn’t steer us towards what we didn’t need. His team was also extremely helpful! Go see them and get your new or used car today!

My service experiences at Bob Moore Ford have been excellent. They are always friendly, and they get the job done quickly. Bob Moore Ford is the only place I trust to service my Mach-E Mustang. From the beginning of the sales process to the most recent service this week, Bob Moore Ford has demonstrated enthusiasm and an extensive knowledge of electric vehicles. I will be buying my next vehicle the F150 Lightning from them in the coming years as well!

For a fair, no stress deal with educated sales staff who treat you honestly and let you move at your own pace, Bob Ford is the place to be. I love my new to me Jeep. She is a beaut. They went over and beyond in the service department when detailing. Even the finance department was a pleasure where they gave me discounts and deals. And last but certainly not least is the awesome job of Justin Conway who made buying a vehicle an actual pleasure with his laid back approach and his knowledge. Thank you for taking care of me.
