The customer service here was top notch. Our salesman JJ and Kelso in finance were very polite, personable, and took care of my family in getting our sweet Jeep Cherokee. The whole process was rather quick and only took about 3 hours including the test drive. By far the best group of people I have had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Thank you!

Have I warranty on my car been up there for 3 weeks? Keep calling they said they haven't had a chance to make a call to the warranty part department for 3 weeks. They say they're going to call me right back and never return my call. Absolutely. Terrible. Customer service would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Tony was great!! However, they need more finance workers at their locations. We had to "wait in line" for one to come in from another store when all we needed to do was write a check and sign final papers. Not impressed and not happy! Do better!!

Do not trust their service department. They tried to tell me I needed to replace my camshaft and lifters, I got a second opinion and only needed to replace a lifter. I asked them to pack up my engine so it could be transported to a different mechanic and they laid my cylinder head on the valley of my engine face down…could’ve potentially cost me a lot more to fix.
I bought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them brand new and figured they would treat me right. Will never go back to this dealer or Jeep again.

Ha! Well they definitely don’t call you back or answer the phones like everyone has been saying in their reviews. Been trying to work a deal with them on our dream car for almost four days and now they haven’t been any help. No text backs or call backs.

Took my car in for a recall, and it was no muss, no fuss, no attempted upsells or anything. They just did the recall and I had my car back in 3 hours. What more can you ask?

I recently purchased a used Lexus from Bob Moore. It was definitely priced to sell. I had the car checked by a third party and the battery did not pass. I asked the Sales Manager if they would replace it after they tested it. He didn’t want to do either one. I told him I would be pretty upset if it died in the next two weeks. He said if that happened, he would replace the battery.
It died on the sixth day. They replaced the battery with no problems or hassle.
Arthur was our salesman and he was professional and polite and very easy to work with and no pressure.
Very pleased to work with a dealership with integrity!

Shoutout to Kalias! The best wrangler buying experience I’ve had yet!
No pressure, price transparency (which they are already priced extremely fairly), I was able to move at my own pace, which just so happen to be less than 24 hours but when you know, you know! Test drove three vehicles, honest answers to all my questions. Finance was a breeze, none of the “typical” dealership shenanigans I had come to expect, all honest business. What more can you ask for?
I hope to be out of the Wrangler market for a while, but if I ever need another, I’ll be coming back to Bob Moore, no question.

This is for the service dept only. They had my Jeep for 19 days. I was originally told it would be 3-4. The issue was for warranty work and because they don’t provide loaner cars I was out almost $1k for a rental. Make that make sense!!! Matt did finally get me a loaner for the last 7 days. The communication is non existent. I constantly called about an update and Zach told me very little if any info. At one point he told me my entire motor was out of my vehicle. Later, Matt assured me it wasn’t. When I was able to finally pick it up I was told an invoice would be emailed to me because their computer system was down. Not surprisingly, I still haven’t received it and it’s been over a month. I’ve called twice since then and spoke to 2 different people to get the invoice for my records (and to see what all was actually done) and still have never received it. Appalling customer service. I’m in the market for a new Jeep but will be purchasing elsewhere strictly because of the service department.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company will not be honest. The sales staff will deceive and gaslight you to get your money. They tried to sell me a car that had a check engine light. They assured me that it was just a loose gas cap. But when I went to pick it up the light was still on. They then gas lighted me telling me they never said they would address that issue. It took nearly a week to get my money back.
