Update from my review. I had my car towed to Fowler Dodge and the part that was no where to be found by Bob Moore, was found by Fowler in one week. This was after Bob Moore had my car for 4 weeks looking for a part.

Only giving one star because zero is not an option Made an appt to drop off my veh for repairs. Upon arriving at 08:10 for a 08:15 appt I found four employees at the service desk laughing and joking and one playing on his phone. The one on the phone asked what I needed. I told him I had an appt to drop off the eh and was immediately told it would be 3-4 days before they could look at it then they would call me. What is the purpose of making an appt if I have to wait days (minimum) to even have it diagnosed? With so many employees standing around?? I was told "yeah, the online booking app really isn't that good. I wish they wouldn't do that" 100% do not recommend

Well I called the General Manager.. He did not get back to me, so I sent him another email message. He finally answered my email. Was of no help to me. I was charged for work, that I did NOT approve, I was charged for work not needed for the DEF problem I encountered. The General Manager was of no help.. I asked for a full refund.. Thanks

Update from my review. No one called me, so I called the dealership. Spoke with Matt who was not so happy I gave them a poor review and poor score a on the survey, which he mentioned in the phone call. He says he is fixing someone else's problems that were made. The valve replacement yes thank you, it was idling rough. The fact that my car still won't start, which was the original problem, is the issue. Now he is saying it is probably my starter. Well sir that's what you told me you connected the ground wire to. I asked well shouldn't the starter have been tested, he told me they could not. He said he was trying to help me, but only drove the car 20 miles because I wanted my car back. I called another Bob Moore because I felt intimidated by the call I just had, and wanted someone else to assist me. They said the manager should assist me and make it right. But fact of the matter is, he is mad at me for a poor review and survey. It is 45 minutes from my home and it would have to be towed a third time. This isn't right. You shouldn't be like this to people. All I wanted was to be treated fairly and my vehicle to be fixed. 1,400 dollars later and it appears to be a guessing game on the original problem.

Took my Chrysler Pacifica in for a recall. I had not had any issues with my vehicle, but got the recall notice in the mail so I took it to be fixed. About 1 week after they 'fixed it' my vehicle lost power while I was on the freeway with my 4 children in the car. This is exactly what the recall was for and it happened after the supposedly fixed it. I took it back to the service dept, they had absolutely zero care or concern for my families safety. Told me they needed to keep my vehicle for 3-4 days and made ZERO effort to help get me a loaner car. I had told Trey on the phone when i called before I even drove down there we have a week full of kids activities and pre-wedding stuff for a family member getting married this weekend. He wold me just to bring it in so the could see what codes it gave and we would go from there. Never mentioned there is zero chance of a loaner vehicle or anything. They made no effort to help or even try to resolve a solution. They didn't value my kids safety and as a mom nothing pisses you off quicker.

I bought this Dodge Durango Sept 2021. I had an appt this past Tuesday (today is Friday) to have an oil leak checked out. Called today to check on the status - the car has not even been looked at yet!!!! The service rep said maybe they could get to it next week. What's the point I making an appt if it is just going to sit in their lot? At least I could still be using it. We suspect the leak is covered under warranty which is the only reason I took it there. I'll bet they come back and say it's not covered under warranty. Worse service I've ever had. Do not use them!! My car will probably be out of commission another 2 weeks!!

Worst service department of any dealership I've ever been to, if I could give negative stars I would. they had my truck for four days and never did one thing to it. All four days they left my $80K TRX sitting in the dark back corner of the lot for any thief to have their way. Kurt told me several times he would call with an update and not once did he do what he said he would do. I had to call and wait on hold for them to even find the paperwork to tell me that they had done nothing. He claimed they couldn't figure out what was wrong but I told them when I dropped it off EXACTLY what was wrong and what I wanted done. These people are WORTHLESS wastes of space and oxygen!!!

Bob Moore Jeep - 21 Days of straight lies DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Originally scheduled an appointment for an A/C service on May 20th. Upon dropping off vehicle service desk looked up historical work on care and found they replaced the EVAPORATOR in 2019 and the CONDENSER in 2020. Prior to leaving vehicle I mentioned to service rep that it took them a few weeks last time to fix car - so I just plan to get a rental car and wait for their call. Service rep stated that they were pretty backed up and wouldn't be able to get to my car for several days anyway - since we had things to do - we could just keep car and bring it back vs. the money we would accumulate for rental. Fast forward to June 10th after making second appointment and the first words out the service rep's mouth - was that the EVAPORATOR part was 4 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY! I asked, how is it that no one thought to mention a timeline when I was there a few days ago - they blamed it on a disgruntled employee who no longer worked with the organization. After keeping my SUV for 21 days and only providing updates that they can't figure out what's going on with the A/C and their techs were waiting on feedback from Chrysler and other mechanic forums to figure out what was going on - I was finally able to locate another dealership that would recheck/evaluate my SUV. Finally after 24hours of nagging the service desk - someone said I could finally come get my SUV. Upon arrival in order to obtain my keys - I had to sign the service invoice - which they decided not to charge me the initial $136 just to research the issue but on the very last line of what they inspected with the vehicle - they stated that "The only possible point of leak is from EVAPORATOR. Customer declined repair at this time".....So you keep my car for 21 days and the day I pick it up - you list that you finally know what's going on and could be wrong. Nothing worse in business than dealing with liars.

I drove 300 miles from Bedford Texas to Oklahoma City to trade in a car and purchase one from Bob Moore Dodge. I traded a 2021 Camaro LT1 in mint condition AND gave them $2000 cash! After looking at the paperwork I see they charged me as $485 "Processing Fee". They never said anything about this fee. Then they just mailed me the Oklahoma title instead of taking care of the title and registration in Texas. AND they failed to send an official odometer disclosure with the title. Before I left the dealership they said they would put gas in the car but failed to do so, so I had to remind them and then had to drive to 3 different gas stations because the dealership gas card would not work. Finally got fuel and had to go back to the finance/title office because Nathan did not fill out my name correctly on the paperwork. Finally got that done. Drove 300 miles back home. The next day I notice the side mirrors have some cheap fake carbon fiber mirror covers on them so I remove the passenger side one first and saw why they put the mirror covers on. To hide the deep scratches on the mirror paint. I called the dealership and requested the $485 dollar "Processing fee" back because FedExing a title without a lien does not cost $485. They refused to reimburse me that "fee". I had to pay $210 for title transfer and registration and another $25 for state inspection. They could have at least agreed to reimburse me for that. The car also does not have locking lugs like all Dodge Scat Packs have and it has an after market cold air filter and they did not put the factory filter and box in the trunk! ZERO integrity, lack of professionalism! I do not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. (also the finance manager and the salesman do not return phone calls or messages.) After reading their reviews I wish I would have checked them before doing business with this place.
