Bob Moore GMC sent and advertisement to my email stating they would buy a 2017-2024 used vehicle for 125% of its KBB fair trade in value. Not only did they not honor this advertisement they offered me 7k less than fair trade in value and said that what my vehicle was trading for at dealer auctions. Which is not what their advertisement said. I was then informed that the new vehicle I was considering was going be sold to me at sticker price rather than their online price. Which was $15k less than sticker and I would be required to pay their $2K dollar Bob Moore Package. I was told that this is implied in their advertisement. Yet they still never offered me fair trade in value for my clean still under warranty vehicle. Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with Bob Moore.

Thank you for making our car shopping experience NOT suck. I always leave car dealerships feeling like I need a shower after dealing with the salesmen. (The majority are slimy, and I feel like they rubbed off on me). Everything from the minute we walked on the lot was effortless. Kevin was so sweet and made sure that we were well taken care of, and Preston in finance was awesome as well! The GM made sure to make us feel like we were his top priority. A+

One bad tech can make a dealership look terrible. After getting my oil change done, went to get into truck and couldn't because the seat was repositioned, the radio was changed, the pedal setting was changed as well. I'm very ocd about where my belongings are in my vehicle, when I looked in my console it had been wrecked. Nothing where I keep them for my personal ease of use. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Whether he was trying to funny or just that damn dumb, he has affected my choice of if I let them service my vehicles again.
The service manager reached out with an explanation, while our visions of service standards and etiquette are very opposed with each other. This can be a great training opportunity. I only assume the service writer put on the service order what I wanted and declined. I also assume the tech did not read the job scope on the work order. All fixable actions. I appreciate the manager calling me.

We purchased a vehicle from Bob Moore GMC, The vehicle seems nice and the price was fair. When we inquired about the second remote for the vehicle they said they only had 1,
I said the vehicle is supposed to come with 2 and told them I wanted a second remote furnished by them. The salesman went to management and came back saying they will sell us one for $200 not the normal $400 ( THIS IS A LIE ) the remote is the basic remote costing $56. I told them I am an ex GM employee and I know the costs involved. Once they agreed to provide the remote at no cost we agreed to the sale. HOWEVER. from the point you agree on a sale price to the time you leave they are RUDE, DEMANDING and UNPROFESSIONAL. When we went into sign all the documents the finacnce person tried to get us their financing, When I informed him I brought ny own financing
( ALMOST 4% lower rate ) He became rude and agressive.
They said they have rules and could not accept my bank financing and needed a certified check. This is UNPROFESSIONAL and Illegal. We were forced to go back to the bank and The bank called them and they still refused the funding. After a second meeting we walked away from the deal and they kept calling trying to get us back. We had to go back to the bank a second time and have the bank and the finance corporate manager write them a letter notarized that they cannot deny the funding we provided. FINALLY 10 hours after we arrived we left with the vehicle. I will never set foot in this dealer again and advise anyone if you have your own financing STAY AWAY
