I ordered parts for a sunroof. Found out I was able to reuse the ones on the truck. I asked about a return policy, sent the items back as required. The items were still sealed in the plastic bag. Sent an email asking If they received the items, they said yes and refund would be issued that day.....never heard from them again. Sent multiple emails with no response and still no refund after 3 months.

When I ordered a few items, I was happy with the good value for money, then I received an email informing me that they are canceling my order because they consider me "shady"... No, but they are jokers. .., we are in 2024, the fact of ordering spare parts for my car from abroad makes me suspect of fraud... In short, there are many other sites and certainly more serious!

Same problem as all the other recent reviews. Order placed on 7-13, USPS tracking says it was delivered to the same town that Bob Howard is in, which is not where I live. I never got any updates or the parts I paid for. Tried calling several times, always transferred to a different department. No one ever answers the phone. This place is evidently a scam.

Don’t order parts from this place, called them all day long never answer their phone never answered my voicemail after I was told by a local dealership that they had a part in stock. Finally, I got the owner on the phone. He complained he didn’t wanna make sure that he had the part in stock before I drove four hours to get there do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It’s a complete joke.

As everybody else has said, don't use this business. Shipping takes weeks with terrible customer service.

Ordered on July 5th, still hasn't shipped. Shows "In-Stock", talked to someone on July 19th and said oh it's going to ship and you will have tracking worst case on Monday.
I'd be better to drive to Oklahoma and ship it to myself from their warehouse than wait on these idiots to ship the part. This is pathetic.
Oh and they blame the delay on the hack from months ago on shipping the product out.

Dont waste your time with these guys. Ordered a valve cover from them with overnight shipping. They canceled my order the next day with no info as to why. Emailed asking why and they said it was canceled because I had used a VPN or multiple payment methods, neither of which applied to me. I ordered from another site and got the part quicker and cheaper.

If I can leave 0 stars I would.Placed an order June 23rd. No movement since. Called numerous times, emailed, no response. Avoid this business at all costs. I wish I had known they were distributing the parts I ordered in advanced.
