I called up today around lunch time to ask about buying a 2024 Camry to see what they had available on the lot. Was told they had one SE on the lot. When I asked about pricing the salesman told me to check the website. I check the website and let him know it says he has an LE on the lot, then he says "no, no, we don't." Then why are you telling me to check your website if the information is bad. Unfortunately the salesman didn't have enough initiative to go to the website himself and give me pricing for exactly what was on the lot. He was just really lazy and if the salesman's commission dollars are getting factored into what I'm paying for the car, get off your butt, go to your website and give me the pricing I'm asking for. Unfortunately he was just a terrible salesman and I really don't like or trust Bob Howard Toyota if they lack taking initiative in the easy, little things. My question was, "how much does that car cost?" And he didn't have enough of a work ethic to find it and tell me, but rather wanted me to do his job for him. I called Fowler Toyota and Walter did a great job of giving me pricing, he was friendly and never asked me to do his job for him. I'd much rather give my commission $$$ to him than the other salesman.

Mitesh did an excellent job keeping me updated and making sure I got the vehicle our company wanted and needed. He was in constant communication and responded immediately to any questions I had along the way. I am loving my new Grand Highlander and thankful to Bob Howard and the team for the good customer service.

Had a great experience at Bob Howard. Found a Tacoma online that was on their lot. I called and talked to the sales manager and he assured me it was there. I told him I was making the two hour drive from Bartlesville to come see it. Tony was my salesman and was excellent. The truck was washed and gassed up when I got there. The whole buying process was great. I even got a decent price on my trade. 100% would recommend!

Let me tell you about Bob Howard Toyota’s Service Dept! Their customer service is amazing! They really went above and beyond. Everyone I encountered treated me with respect and kindness. I will not take my Corolla anywhere else. Special thanks to Lucas, Curt and the blonde gentlemen (I can’t remember his name!), you guys are top notch.

UPDATE:I was able to have an open conversation with Aaron London, GM. He was open, understanding and listened to what I had to say. The service and engagement I had regarding my vehicle today was what I am used to expecting. So a GM that listened, agreed, provided an action item to address, then top tier and timely service made for the revised review.I have been bringing my vehicles to Toyota service since 2013. My experiences, outside of one prior to today, have all been 4 or 5 star reviews. I had a battery replacement in summer 2021 and this morning my battery was dead. Once I was able to get my battery charged I went to Bob Howard Toyota service to check the charge and possible replace using the ‘insurance’ provided in buying their batteries. When told it would be a long wait, they were busy, I asked for a courtesy ride to my home which is less than a 5-mile drive. I was informed they no longer provided courtesy transports. Blunt and to the point.I left as I had events to attend and could not wait indefinitely.I’m disappointed to learn that Bob Howard Toyota no longer offers courtesy transportation.Good news, I was able to drive to another auto service close by and they tested my battery and I had my vehicle ready to go in less than 30 minutes.

Thanks for great service. Bob Howard was prompt and helpful throughout my service appointment. Communication via text is excellent with detailed description of the services and additional needs. Photos and videos provided help further communicate the service areas in need.

Should have deserved 0 stars! Scheduled parts replacement; arrived on time, remained in waiting room entire time (one bathroom break at noon). Three hours later, tracked down service agent (young woman, brown hair, glasses- never accept her as your agent) who didn’t recognize me as her customer. Said she looked for new once, couldn’t find. Car was ready over two hours earlier! Never tried to phone or text or emailed me. Never looked for me again! Ludicrous; totally irresponsible. Her excuse, “ I was really busy.” Guess my wasted time doesn’t matter! I’ve purchased three cars from this dealer, always get my work done here, every bit my tires here. This is inexcusable!

I was greeted with a warm welcome from my service advisor, John, and Ruthie inside the waiting area. Everyone was very nice and they got to my car quickly, despite my not having an appointment. Even though getting car service done isn’t really all that fun, I don’t mind the time spent at Bob Howard. As an extra touch, they washed my car for me!

I traded in a 2023 Chevy Silverado for a 2022 Corolla on 9/7/23 and they agreed to give me 55,000 for the truck and we agreed and signed papers the payment was due on the 9/15 and they have STILLnot payed off the truck and will not contact me back. I've tried to email Jared holt and he will not email me back and my sales man is Rudy and he sent me a email. Saying that if I need anything to contact him and I've tried to get ahold of him twice and he will not call or email me back... they just tell me anything to get me off the phone and not bother them. And I haven't had the truck in almost a whole month and the loan company for the Chevy is still contacting me daily asking where there payment is.......

My experience with the counter staff was excellent but after arriving to work and smelling burning oil I popped the hood and found my oil cap off and my engine bay covered in oil. Not the service quality I would expect from a Toyota Dealership.

Our salesman Robert riojas was awesome he kept us laughing and joked around with our kids while we were there and made the experience just as good for them as he did for us! George denhem was another salesmen that helped us get to a comfortable price on our purchase and made sure to check on us when Robert was getting stuff prepared for us. My family appreciates you guys! It was a pleasure getting to meet y'all!

Talked to at least a dozen sales people at various dealerships in the OKC area and Saunny Gamble was the only one who actually listened to what I said about what I wanted. Yes he's busy but it's because he's an awesome salesman. No beating around the bush excellent person to do business with!!! won't ever go anywhere else
