I've been coming here for the past year and typically have no issues but the last few months of getting maintenance items taken care of having been terrible. There has been 3 different technicians who have worked on my car in less than 10 months. Each technician has provided completely different recommendations and listing of what they consider to be red, yellow, and green. Today's visit took 7 hours. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 a.m. and received the recommendations at Noon. No one came to find me to tell me, I had to ask for an update. They didn't have the parts for in stock to do the repairs. So I was told it would likely take another hour for the parts to arrive then another hour to repair, that's about 2-3 hours at least. A little Past 3 p.m. I still didn't receive an update or ETA. I talked to the advisor and found out they just started working on my car so it should take 45 minutes to an hour. At 4:30 p.m. I spoke with advisor Riley who tracked down the technician. meanwhile, I spoke with the Service Director, Royce Vorel, who was not sympathetic. I explained my frustration, being a loyal customer for all my services since moving to the area and having no meal all day - not expecting that this was going to be the longest wait along side with piling issues from different technicians due to turnovers. I checked out 4:55 p.m., and do not plan to get any services done there any more. The only reason I would go back to that establishment is if there are any issues with the repairs they did that are under warranty. Kudos: Riley was a sweetheart and professional. She helped provide clarity and answered questions I had about previous visits and notations from different technicians.

You might think that taking your car or truck to the dealership while more expensive will get you better service and repairs, unfortunately that is not the case with Bob Howard Toyota off N. Kelley. I have been here 4 times now. The first experience was great, I thought something very serious was wrong and it turned out nothing more than a loose battery cable. That kept me coming back unfortunately. Twice they claimed they'd have my truck back within two days, both times was around a week or more (This is WITH an appointment). Every time you are guaranteed is that they will tell you things need to get done with definitely do not. I have my fluids serviced regularly by the techs at my local Valvoline and yet Bob Howard always claims they looked at it and it needs it. Secondly I spent thousands of dollars on suspension work (nothing fancy, just replacing old with new) and got the vehicle back without a working a/c, than within a couple months the work had to be redone I could hear the suspension banging as I drove. Lastly I had asked them to fix my broken antennae, which they had forgot to do, but I went ahead and purchased the part to be installed later. They said the would call once it came in. No call. I later take my vehicle for another repair and ask that they go ahead and install the antennae. Upon picking it up they say the had actually ordered the wrong part and that to get it fixed now, I'll need to pay way more for a new part. I declined and they said they would mail me a refund. That was about a month ago. No refund yet. Anyways that's three strikes for me, perhaps you'll have better luck, perhaps it better to not risk it.

Fabulous customer care from the initial telephone booking to the service itself . Traveling across country and had maintenance issue with my 4Runner. Booked in the evening before, seen and finished in under an hour on the morning and on my way again. Saved our Christmas travels plans- thank you to Service Advisor- Michael.

I called up today around lunch time to ask about buying a 2024 Camry to see what they had available on the lot. Was told they had one SE on the lot. When I asked about pricing the salesman told me to check the website. I check the website and let him know it says he has an LE on the lot, then he says "no, no, we don't." Then why are you telling me to check your website if the information is bad. Unfortunately the salesman didn't have enough initiative to go to the website himself and give me pricing for exactly what was on the lot. He was just really lazy and if the salesman's commission dollars are getting factored into what I'm paying for the car, get off your butt, go to your website and give me the pricing I'm asking for. Unfortunately he was just a terrible salesman and I really don't like or trust Bob Howard Toyota if they lack taking initiative in the easy, little things. My question was, "how much does that car cost?" And he didn't have enough of a work ethic to find it and tell me, but rather wanted me to do his job for him. I called Fowler Toyota and Walter did a great job of giving me pricing, he was friendly and never asked me to do his job for him. I'd much rather give my commission $$$ to him than the other salesman.

While my experience at BH was not great in real time, Toyce has called and recognized the issues and has offered what he can do to make it right. Thank you Royce for your concern!

I traded in a 2023 Chevy Silverado for a 2022 Corolla on 9/7/23 and they agreed to give me 55,000 for the truck and we agreed and signed papers the payment was due on the 9/15 and they have STILLnot payed off the truck and will not contact me back. I've tried to email Jared holt and he will not email me back and my sales man is Rudy and he sent me a email. Saying that if I need anything to contact him and I've tried to get ahold of him twice and he will not call or email me back... they just tell me anything to get me off the phone and not bother them. And I haven't had the truck in almost a whole month and the loan company for the Chevy is still contacting me daily asking where there payment is.......

Based on my experience from 8/18/2023, this location has gotten so "efficient" and "automated" that the customer service staff (especially the people answering the phone) does not have any real knowledge of Toyota vehicles (not even basic knowledge), and only superficially cares about helping clients, does not communicate with clients well, does not handle errors in an appropriate manner, and makes promises and statements that are not kept. At 11:00 AM ON 8/18/2023, I dropped a 2017 Corolla for a transmission flush, which they agreed to do. I specifically asked twice if they could do a full flush. I asked the representative over the phone and I asked the gentleman , Curt Schreiner (or maybe it was Brayden?), who checked me in if it was a full flush. They both said YES. They said I would get an email after the "inspection" so that if there was anything else wrong with the vehicle I could get that fixed at the same time. I never received an email the whole day nor a phone call. I was getting nervous since they had not called so, I called at 2pm and spoke with a woman, who seemed like she just worked in a call center. I asked her to please have someone call me because I had not received the communication promised by email about the inspection of the vehicle. At 330pm I still hadn't received a call back, so I called back again. A gentleman said the car would be ready by 5pm guaranteed, because the mechanics leave at 5pm. At 4:40 Pm, I show up to pick the car up and they said they couldn't do the job after all, because the CVT transmission is not serviceable. No apology for wasting my time. No offering to help me resolve the problem. And I guess they didn't really want to inspect the car because they didn't give me a copy of the inspection that was promised. No phone call to let me know anything the whole day, for 8 hours. Poor communication. They really didn't seem to care one way or the other. Bob, please fire the woman behind the counter that just shrugged her shoulder and basically "not my problem, I just get paperwork signed." The issue with this location is not that they couldn't do the transmission flush, but rather you have professionals who just say YES or NO, but don't really have a clue, nor do they follow through with anything outside of the set parameters. Nor do the really care to communicate with you when things go wrong. And why wasn't the inspection done anyways, as a courtesy for a customer for which you wasted their day?

I hope this answers everything. I'll never buy or take my car there for service again. They would rather lie than tell the truth. I know a little about cars and I have overheard them tell customers so many lies about their car just to take their money (and it's worse because they are very low on units). My suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs!

My review is on the car buying experience as we didn't experience the service department. Seems some of the negative reviews relate to services. We just bought my husband a truck here, and it was honestly the kindest and most accommodating car dealership we have ever experienced. We buy most of our cars in Tulsa with Lexus of Tulsa leading as the best customer service dealership. Leadership definitely matters as the Toyota general manager Aaron stayed busy checking in on us and guiding us every step of the process. Our salesman Zac has continually been our go-to after the sale for learning vehicle technology and questions. He is very knowledgeable and patient in assisting us with all available features of the truck. Hani in the finance department was also very knowledgeable and full of helpful information. My husband loves his truck and we will gladly buy here again thanks to Aaron's team!!!

My worst car repair service ever! My first issue involved receiving an approval request from Bob Howard Toyota for 3 additional services marked as "needs immediate attention". I called to authorize all 3 services. My service advisor approved them after I authorized them. My spark plug replacement service was listed in the out-the-door quote (including shop charges and tax) for $267.47 and the total job was $802.50 for all service work. I did not notice until I got home, but the spark plug service was increased to $399.95, an increase of $132.48 before additional sales tax was added. I was not informed that the bill had increased nor why it increased. This is very deceptive and I know in California this is illegal but I am not sure about Oklahoma law. It is unethical at the very least if not illegal in Oklahoma. My second issue involved me attempting to use a Bob Howard Toyota coupon for a brake special for $119.95. Since I was having both front ($199.96) and rear ($196.46) brakes serviced I was glad to have found a coupon. When I mentioned on the phone that I had a coupon, the advisor hesitated and then said he wasn't sure I could use the coupon because I had the rotors resurfaced. I saw the fine print on the coupon that said "Resurfacing or replacement of rotors is extra". I understood "extra". When I got to the cashier's office to pay, I asked the cashier if the brake special discount was included. She said it was not and called the advisor. He explained to me that their cost is the exact same amount of the coupon, $119.95 (doubtful). Add the rotor resurfacing charge of $80 and the coupon is voided. I cannot find any evidence on my bill that resurfacing costs $80 so evidently, I have to take the advisor's word for it (call me skeptical). This practice is incredibly deceptive. Upon my initial arrival to drop off the car they also kept me waiting for nearly a half an hour outside to enter their service bay. They had two cars inside blocking admission to the service bay and no one was moving them. They ignore their customers! I will never go to Bob Howard Toyota again. They are deceptive and dishonest. It is worthwhile to go elsewhere no matter how far away. This is the first negative review I have ever done.
