Without going into to many details of the experience the customer service representative lack of communication resulted in the bill being double what it was original verbally quoted to me. I would recommend spending your money at different service center with higher customer service.

Bob Howard Nissan tried to get my daughter who is a nearby college student to make a very expensive and unnecessary repair. Our local Kansas City dealer confirmed it was unnecessary. (They laughed.) Find another place to service your car.

We came out to buy a new car and Fred Keller was super helpful and friendly! He was energetic, let us know a lot about the car we were looking at, the difference between models and helped us decide what we wanted! He answered any questions we had and made this process as easy and simple as possible!

Worst refund policy ever. Bought parts from this dealership and ended up not needing what was bought. Was told to bring said products back and would be rufunded the cash that was spent. Get there and they say that they will cut a check in 2 or 3 business days. Nowhere on receipt or elsewhere is it stated that there are no cash refunds. Was informed in person verbally that they couldn't give me cash. I'll make sure they will never get my money ever again. Terrible.

Came in wanting a car and the process could've have been easier. Kelly got me in the exact car I wanted and even drove a hour to pick it up. Service was great and straightforward. Ask for Kelly Agee!

Still yet to hear back on how you guys are going to make it right for over quoting my car and me having to tow it somewhere else because of y'all lying about price. Even have it recorded on video. Again they tried to charge me over $2000 for something that was only 400 and said done it couldn't be done for 8 to 12 weeks. Towed to shop down the street who fixed issue for 320. We were helped/ scammed by Zac at the front desk. We have filed complaints with the BBB DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE ! Still haven't been contacted about this issue... it's July now.... yet someone from their team keeps saying they will be in contact below my review but never do. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!! Literally go anywhere else. You, your car, and your wallet will thank you.

Website Was well designed and easily navigable. Service was good and staff were very nice. I got an oil change/tire rotation, and prices were very fair. Was able to schedule an appointment and get in and out all within a couple hours. Will be back!

No change in their ability to keep an appointment. 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. The techs excuse was that they only had a couple of mechanics. I made the appointment yesterday. There were four cars here at 7 am. Sooo they just don't care. No respect for your time. Wish I hadn't bought a service plan.

DO NOT purchase from this dealership. Terrible customer service, awful service department, and dishonest about the vehicles they sell.

Consumer Alert: Daughter's purse was stolen. And in the purse was the key to her Nissan rogue. If you do not have extra key fob you have to have the vehicle towed to a dealership and have it programmed for a new key. Had the vehicle towed to Bob Howard Nissan. Called and was told the vehicle will be ready in 30 minutes and was given an estimate of $330. Once I arrived was informed that the car was not only not ready but was unable to be programmed. The fee had now gone from around $300 to over $2300. Plus I was told the parts were back ordered. Called another dealership and asked questions in regards to if this was a realistic quote. Had the car re-towed to Orr Nissan. And they fixed the vehicle for around $300. Do not recommend going to Bob Howard. It seems like they are more interested in getting your money and taking advantage of a situation. Orr Nissan West - thanks to service guy JC Brunson for your honesty and helping out a single mom that was in a crisis situation!

I am beyond frustrated with this dealership and will not be back to buy another vehicle. I purchased a car on November 12th with Justin. He was really nice but I am extremely frustrated with the way things are not adding up to what he said they would be. I bought a 2022 Certified Preowned and I was skeptical on doing that as I was looking to buy new. Justin reassured me that it went through a hundred plus point safety check and that it would be looking brand new when I got it. I get in the car and first thing is, it's literally dirty. Whoever did it, did an awful job because it wasn't even vacuumed at all, finger prints all over the screen and you can see where they attempted to maybe wipe down the dash and so forth. So that already left me a little annoyed but I went on about my day. That same day, literally within hours of me purchasing this car... I notice the rear passenger side tail-light is out. To me, this business has been all talk no results. They sold me a dirty vehicle and a safety hazard of not having all brake lights working . I finally was able to get an appointment for today at 8:30 AM. Justin assured me I would not spend forever at the dealership after I explained to him repeatedly I wanted an appointment because I do not have all day to sit here as I am full time student and I work. I arrived at 8:25 and checked in my vehicle and something as simple as changing a lightbulb should've been super fast. I was told that they were going to be recleaning my car since whoever did it before clearly did not do it. At 10:20 I was told my car was ready for pick up, mind you... 2 HOURS later and I was told it was taking this long because of cleaning and come to find out by the lady at the desk. They didn't even clean it, so I was here for 2 entire hours for a light bulb change. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of HONEST communication and service. I will never ever buy a car from here or take my vehicle to be serviced here again. This business has left a bad taste in my mouth about Nissan in general. I will happily give my business to the other Nissan dealers in the area.

Terrible customer service. Posted price of $18,787 on Carfax and when we got there they said it was never listed at that price. Also told there was a 12 month warranty because the car was certified. Then told while signing papers there was no warranty. Don't waste your time with these guys. Very Shady! Picture shows price on Carfax at $18,787, which they said was never listed at this price.

In the past I had no problem with Bob Howard but this time I do I took my 2015 armada in for synthetic oil change with 39 dollar coupon but was charged 79 dollars. But my armada had compass in the mirror which worked for 5 years however they said it never had one. They don't know what they are doing I guess. Good for oil changes but may not be qualified for technical issues

ever seen the movie money pit? the house that needs several thousand dollars in repairs, and it only takes "two weeks" yeah, well that's what happened for me and my car. gave them my 2007 Mazda Miata on June 15th, hoping to god my motor was covered under warranty; after a month of little updates, problems with disassembly, and "we will let you know tomorrow" I finally heard that it was indeed capable of being a warranty claim. "all parts are back ordered, and we can't get a new motor" "we can't get u a loaner, your gonna have to wait it out" is what I heard after another month of no responses, got cussed out after waiting on the phone for hours; reception lady thinks she's a know it all, calling me a kid and telling me I didn't know what was wrong with my car. After they ordered all of the parts, we waited for them to assemble it, only for them to realize they forgot 2 or 3 different things. They got it done and "your car is overheating and you have to pay for it " is what I heard. Other than the blown motor, it was fine when I dropped it off and I let them know that if they didn't fix it, my next call was to the better business bureau and my attorney. After a total of almost 3 months and my $200 dolIar deductible I finally got the car back today, running and driving well. happy to say that I have my car back, but decently aggravated about the customer service and time it took to fix the vehicle. all this is to say I wouldn't buy a car from them if it was made of water and I was on fire... very disappointing service.
