Very risky dealing with them, be cautious when making your way out there from out of state. THEY RAN MY CREDIT ON A VEHICLE THAT WAS ALREADY SOLD !! There was not communication on there end. They had a chance to make it right but never called me back.

Jeffrey Lemon was great to work with. He knew his product line, and went out of his way to get us in our vehicle of choice.

Mark Samson did an amazing job helping us select a Buick that we have been searching for. We had been to 4 dealerships and this was by far the best experience.

If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, please look elsewhere. You will end up in a worse place than you started off after purchasing from Bob Howard GMC.
Edit 2: dispite the general manager stating "please contact me when you have time. I will see if there is anything I can do to help you" and that you would be "happy" to speak with me, the email I sent to your specified email address below on 8/15 and follow up sent on 8/19 remain unanswered.
Buyer beware. This is what to expect if you run into any issues with your purchase or the dealership.
Edit 3: After three emails over three weeks, a response was finally received. The response was generally dismissive of any concerns citing that the vehicle was purchased as-is and is therefore not their problem. While Mr. Lubbers correctly states "In Oklahoma, every used car sold, whether by a dealership or an individual is sold as-is" there is no acknowledgment of the warranty sold that covered very little of the major problems with this vehicle or the fact that they kept the vehicle in their service department for an amount of time that caused their 30 day guarantee to be of no use. Further, there was no acknowledgment that most of the repairs that we paid for were on items that they promised to have inspected and serviced.
There are plenty of honest, hard-working people in the vehicle sales industry. Mr. Lubbers is an example of why the industry has such a negative stereotype. They will sell you junk and let you know that it's your problem once they cash your check.
Edit 1: regarding the response from the owner: I seek no remedy at this point, simply to share how you do business. After we came to you in desperation due to having our car totaled by an uninsured driver and not having planned to need a new vehicle, we were very clear as to what our budget and needs were. Your team assured us of their desire to help and the of reliability of the vehicle you referenced. There was one identified issue that was to be fixed before we took delivery. You kept the car for almost the entirety of your 30 day guarantee, stating that the clock started when we bought it thus denying any real guarantee on what you sold us. We purchased the warranty suggested by your finance person which covered very little of the issues of this falling apart car that was represented as solid and reliable. Even after warranty coverage, we had to come out of pocket approx $5,000 within weeks to repair items that are mostly included in your "172-point inspection" and had to be without a vehicle for weeks at a time on multiple occasions. (This inspection was a selling point from your salesperson and is published on your website. Either a: You didn't actually do a 172-point inspection on this car or b: you are dishonest about doing them in general.)
When concerns were raised about the situation, we were essentially told "sucks to be you" and that "no one in management is willing to talk to you."
Everything that I have stated and more is documented and verifiable. Hence my initial assertion a buyer will be worse off then when they started when they do business with you. I am significantly worse off than when I started because I trusted you and your team.
As you stated in your response, you looked through my history with your business. This means you had access to my number. Not once have you attempted to contact me to live up to the customer services that you promise. My guess is that you are finally responding to this review because someone at corporate saw it and made you.
This is the type of business you run. This is the type of leader you are. Shame on you.

The Buick was purchased at a time when interest rates were high, prices higher. The Buick had high miles and unfortunately quickly became a money pit requiring one repair after another. Will not be buying another Buick anytime in the future.
