Honest, quick and efficient. Fixed my transmission after a nightmare with another mechanic. Highly recommend.

I needed to have my driveline professionally rebuilt, and Blumenthal did a very good thorough job, including a new boot, and a new carrier bearing as well as two new in that were messed up wallowed out, and I did it in two days in Reno Harrah Expo Parts very courteous service, and very good

They are not willing to warranty the work they do. They over charge for their service. They were a good company but customer service has diminished in the last 5-10 years. If you’re a company with deep pockets they are good to you. But the little people are getting screwed.

I was referred here by another shop for driveline issues. Jose was great, and took care of my issues. Stuck to the quoted price, and the work was done way faster than I expected. The best experience I've had with a shop in a few years.

**** and his crew are top notch in my book. I drove over three hours to do business with them and would do it again tomorrow. My experience tells me they are an excellent group of people to do business with.

“Warranty’s are none transferable”. Spend your money elsewhere!! Just think if they had good products ( transmissions ) they would not have to worry about the transfer of something with less then 24000 miles

My father in law needed to rebuild his transfer case and we had never attempted to transfer case rebuild. We did some research and contacted Blumenthal and was put in contact with Shane. He was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. We then tore the transfer case down and took it to them. When we arrived Shane looked at what we had and determined what we needed and even helped us check some other things to make sure what we was reusing was good. He went above and beyond what we expected from him and made the process as easy as it could have been. I highly recommend checking these guys out.

I purchased a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban about two years ago. It was in rough shape, and I made some repairs to it, but it had some significant problems with the drive train from the engine to the rear end. About two months after the purchase, I took my SUV to Blumenthal's for repair to a couple of major problems too big to let go. As luck would have it, I got to work with Parker Puckett. Parker takes his job to heart. He is thorough and friendly and the work he says will be done gets done. Beyond that, he and those who worked on my vehicle go above and beyond. About a month ago I needed to address the overall drive train. I worked it out with Parker to replace the engine, the transmission, and make several repairs to other components on the drive train. The final outcome is outstanding, and the final cost was better even than expected considering the extra work accomplished by the team. I absolutely recommend Blumenthal's, and if you can, work with Parker!
