I needed to have my driveline professionally rebuilt, and Blumenthal did a very good thorough job, including a new boot, and a new carrier bearing as well as two new in that were messed up wallowed out, and I did it in two days in Reno Harrah Expo Parts very courteous service, and very good

The sales man I dealt with was absolutely the rudest to me but nice to my husband when I got him involved. They tell me they don't know what is causing the noise I brought it in for but make a list of things they want to do to the truck. My husband calls them back and tells them exactly what he wants them to fix. We brought it home and realized they torqued the wheel lug nuts way past the 165 ft-lbs spec.

I would highly recommend training the people who answer the phone on the services you do and don't offer. The lady who answered the phone advised me that you DO rebuild CV axles and then placed me on a 5min hold in which the man who answered started no you don't. could've saved me 5mins of my time and you a 1star review had she actually known what she was talking about.
