Can't say enough good about the gang at Pro Bike. No matter what I need with my bike, in terms of repairs, accessories, or just advice, these guys always take good care of me. Seriously, he said it's refreshing to have this kind of customer service.

Came in to get wife’s bike restored, and ended up walking out with a beautiful new electric bike from Mark; he was professional and courteous through the entire process, and he was super kind to my kids when they came in to look at a bike helmet for my daughter.They did a great job on fixing my wife’s bile as well-Definitely will be coming here for all my biking needs!

I saw my new bike as soon as I opened the door. They still asked questions about how I wanted to use it, showed me around and asked if I needed any accessories (I did). They let me ride it and explained everything. They even offered to set up financing. Nice people, knowledgeable, friendly.

I have a special needs family member who has ridden an e-bike for years and needed to replace it. It's not a purchase he could make on his own, so I agreed to help out. We made several calls to bike shops in OKC as we had budget limitations and preferred to get a bike immediately rather than have to order one. The staff at Bike One on Northwest Expressway in OKC were amazing. They were incredibly kind and helpful. They really took their time to help us understand our options and make suggestions and recommendations. While we did spend every penny of our budget, we got an e-bike that exceeded our expectations. The selection available and the expertise provided made me feel really comfortable making the purchase. We selected an Aventon brand e-bike, and added a rack an a helmet. The rider is THRILLED with his new bike and says it's like "riding a Rolls-Royce." THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My 4 year old Giant LaFree had a keypad/power controller problem. I'm traveling in an RV and was only due to stay 2 more days. I called Bike One and they said bring it in. They'll run diagnostics, update firmware and determine whats wrong (this is Wdnesday afternoon). Took it in at 2PM. That evening they texted that the keypad needed replacement. I toold them to do so ONLY if they had one in stock. They actuallly took one off a "for sale" bike to do the repair. They had confirmed with Giant that they would send a replacement. I picked up the bike 24 hours after dropping it off. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!

Just purchased two bikes from here. Had a very pleasant experience. They were helpful and informative and allowed us quite a bit of freedom on our test rides. When I made my final selection, did the leg work of cutting an inch off my seat post so it would be a better fit for my height. I also really appreciated their transparency in their pricing. They shared what their upcharge was on top of the MSRP.The only suggestion I would make is being a bit less engaging if someone says they are just browsing. A lot of times, I just like to wander a store before I begin asking for assistance.

Great place to get a bike in OKC. The staff have always been helpful and friendly every time I’ve been in. They helped me find the right bike to fit my needs and wants and were more than helpful with test rides. I am a happy customer!

I went to Bike One this afternoon after having a mishap while riding. The employee I spoke with was more than willing to help after I told him what had happened. He not only helped me and got me back on the trail this afternoon but was more than plesent to deal with. Asked me to be back just before closing, I expected to wait for repairs . As I walked into the store he was removing my bike from the rack. Great service and I appreciate the effort put forth

This is a great shop to visit the carry a vast variety of bikes to suit the different styles of riding out there. Definitely a good place to find that new bike for the beginner or a full spec bike for a pro rider and everything in between.

Nice bike shop, spacious. Jerseys a bit pricey. They work with the Bike One in Norman.
