Brandi was very knowledgeable and helpful, process was fast and easy
Edit: Brandi actually committed fraud and quit afterwards since the company found out what she did, she explained a much shorter contract (2yr) in person and repeatedly confirmed it while setting up a much longer 5yr contract as well as increasing the price of the vehicle by over $5000, the equivalent of my trade in, which has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and more than likely will bring a class action lawsuit against the company for deceptive practices.

First off, I have to say Brandi is amazing!!! She made the entire buying process so easy. I felt absolutely no pressure to rush to get into a car that I didn't love. I had a list of things that I was looking for. Once I had decided on a car, she typed up a bill of sale for my bank and once approved I called her and when I got back to the lot they had the paperwork ready to sign and my "new" Mercedes ready to go for me. I would definitely recommend Best Price Auto ask for Brandi, she is the best.

THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I have bought a lot of cars of the years, but Best Price has got to be not only the MOST PLEASANT, but also, THE EASIEST, and QUICKEST. Literally what took the most time was the insurance process. For the parents out there they also have an awesome kid area....my kids were the best behaved I have seen them in a bit (lol ?) Brandi Parks makes you feel so comfortable from the beginning to the end. Her personality and customer service just shine!! She lets you know all the details, she keeps it A-1, so BEFORE you sign you WILL UNDERSTAND ALL THE DETAILS.....so your car should not be gettin' repo'd and then you say "well I didn't know that!" Nah! Uh-huh yes you did!! She was awesome!! As of right now, as long as this caliber of service continues, I have no problem with giving them my dollahs!! Go see em'!!
