Bought some JBL headphones that were on discount and now I know why, the right earbud is IN THE CASE but no longer will pair or play any audio out of it.How do I reset the whole thing if the reset function is on the right earbud that's not paired?!Kudos to best buy not letting me return it because of their shortened return window.Why do you think everyone's buying their electronics off Amazon these days? Best Buy is no competition for Amazon and just lost a customer in me

There is definitely times I feel I have to look around for an employee, but I never see any employees sitting around or on their phones so I usually chalk it up to they are understaffed! Besides that I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this best buy. The only reason I have a total membership was because of how well they sold me on it! Definitely recommend.

I am deeply disappointed with this service. I had made an appointment to replace my iPhone case, and it was confirmed. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that no one was available to perform the replacement at that moment. I am perplexed as to why you confirmed the appointment, as it has not only wasted my time but also required me to drive here for 30 minutes.I patiently waited for an additional 10 minutes, hoping for some information, but unfortunately, I received none. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
