Online ordering from this store wasted so much time and fuel. Then they gave me the run around and I talked to 5 different people on the phone then they didn't even have the item they sold me online when I went in to pick it up. Grrrrr.

This location has a employee that is a thief. I have seen other reviews that can confirm this. I went in to buy a new phone my friend was going to purchase for me, she said she would feel more comfortable paying with a employee so he sent her a link to pay. The employee started helping other customers and left me hanging for over a hour. So I eventually left. After getting home, I realized I had lost the sim card my friend was going to let me use (I TOLD THE EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE I ALREADY HAVE A ACTIVE SIM, IN MY POCKET THAT MY FRIEND DOEANT USE, SO IM GOING TO BE USING IT) I went back up to best buy and asked employee if they had seen a sim card. A employee brought me a sim card with a note on it, saying it was found in the same spot I was sitting. I got home put the sim card in my phone and it wasn't the same card I was missing. The supervisor ( gibson) had switched out my sim with a bad one, and stole mine) they aren't willing to check cameras, and I seen other reviews that state things have been stolen before. If it were my sin I would just call and cancel it no big deal. But it was my friend's and she made it clear not to lose it. Partly my fault for not being fully responsible with the SIM., but the customer service and employees here were horrible. Please don't go here or leave your stuff & I will be going to cooperation or the area GM

Not only did nobody that worked here have any inclination to assist in our purchase choices, they chased my 14 year old son out the door thinking he stole something. I was walking behind him, and supposed manager Gibson, who was extremely rude to me, heard what was said to him in his ear, turned and ran towards my kid. I asked him, are you chasing after my son? He didn't respond. When I asked again, he said, yep. I then went to my car to let my kid into the car. Returned to the store and was met with Gibson, who stuck his name badge in my face, within inches, so that I could know who he was. Tall, curly hair. Whether it's his badge or not, who knows because he wasn't wearing it. We were looking at car audio capacitors. Not one employee in that section. We browsed other items and price checked the 1 they have on the shelves. Go ahead and check the cameras, because neither one of us did anything wrong.

The Manager of this location is super knowledgeable and professional. Definitely a 5 ? experience.

Didn't have any one who could help us. Guess they were all busy. Went to check out and had to wait for a key to get product. Finally able to leave 15 minutes later.

If you operate a business dealing with electronics and appliances avoid this store and company in general. The manager at this location is beyond useless. I was promised a pickup date and the actual pick up date was half a week later. This resulted in me loosing a client and the manager and company in general could care less and did NOTHING to correct this. If I could give this review a -5 stars I would, as that is how incompetent this store is.

Nice place to shop for electronics, had a good experience as far as customer service. But store needs work on being more welcoming specially they need to fix the air conditioner. My last visit I was there for like 15min place felt like i was in sauna. Also place looks rundown from the inside.

I would never purchase an open box item from this store. Purchased a dryer and it had the original return reason in the bin. The dryer had THE SAME issue when I got it into my home. The store did nothing to mitigate the situation and give me a discount. Avoid this store if possible!
