I really wanted to LOVE this store! Their selection of embroidery thread and stabilizers is AMAZING! I have visited this store twice (once was to spend a Gift Card I got for my Birthday!) Both times I was followed and watched by employees and was not offered help. They treated me like I was going to steal something. When I asked the employee watching me this time a question she could not answer it and picked up the package and read it. (I could have done that, I visit stores like this to gain knowledge from experienced people.) Each time I checked out the employees acted put out that I would have the audacity to make them work. Each time they also asked me if I was in their system and when I said "No" they did not even explain or offer to me whatever that is. If you are in a bind and need something ASAP they have a great selection but their customer service is less than to be desired.

Friendly, knowledgeable owners and staff! They helped me find a part for my 1990s Bernina overlock machine that I couldn't find anywhere else.

The web site indicates open Saturday til.5pm. I am here at 1232 pm Saturday. Doors are locked. Waste of my time.

Worst experience ever. I spoke to Jon the owner over the phone and he was the rudest person ive ever spoken to. I cant believe a horrible person like this is in business. Please take your business elsewhere.

The best of all in one dealership. Yes, Bernina is a great machine, but frankly it is such a sophisticated machine that if you don't have a great dealer, you can be lost on it. This is the dealership that goes with this great machine. Not only do they service their clients after the sale, this is a place full of creativity and imagination for many ideas on the uses of this wonderful machine. I've had my 790 for almost 3 years now and love it as if it were new because it still sews as if it were new, and yet I'm still learning wonderful features on my machine thanks to the staff and attitude at Bernina of Oklahoma City. Hands down,this is THE store to purchase your machine because you will get a great machine BUT you will get superior service and support after the sale.

I have several sewing machines but had to take my old 40year old one to the shop today. it's an 830 Bernina, a real workhorse and the foot control got to be sorta wonky. this is the machine I want to use this summer.
