Kyle at BE LLC has been spraying my yard for 20 plus years. My yard looks very nice because I do what he recommends. Yes I get the occasional weed and I do get nut grass during the summer time. When I have concerns he makes the effort to call and get specifics in order to determine how to proceed. Most of the time it's coming back and spot treating. I've recommended them in the past and will continue to do so. Only request I have would be to blow the over spray of granular fertilizer off the concreted areas. Thank you for the OUTSTANDING service throughout the years.

Bermuda Escapes has been treating my lawn for several years now and the difference in my lawn before and now is amazing. I had a big patch of broadleaf grass in my backyard and a lot of weeds in the front lawn and Bermuda Escapes have cleared up 99% of them and the grass is much fuller now. Great service, even greater results, but most importantly their products do not harm our dogs! Our puppy had an extreme allergic reaction to the chemicals used by one of the 'big' weed control companies. Thinking we would never be able to have our lawn treated again we contacted Bermuda Escapes and they assured us they use products that do not harm animals. We gave them a try and are so thankful we did. Now we have a thick beautiful lawn and healthy dogs. We no longer have to worry if our dogs are out when Bermuda Escapes comes to spray. I cannot say enough about what Bermuda Escapes has done for our lawn. I LOVE walking outside barefooted on our lawn, it is so thick and lush!Services: Weed control

I received a flyer from the business advertising a 10% discount for prepay and decided to give them a try. They refused to honor the 10% discount and stated that I would receive an additional treatment instead. After the second treatment they offered other treatments and when I declined the quality of the treatments became poor. When they informed me they were doing the 6th treatment I requested they combine the 7th treatment and provide grub control. They initially stated I wasn’t entitled to the 7th treatment because I chose the basic plan. When I advised them I had prepaid in advance and they refused to give me the 10% but promised the 7th treatment they stated fine but I had to still pay if I wanted grub treatment. Each treatment was supposedly worth $50 including the additional treatments. This business had no intention of honoring their advertisement and I consider that fraudulent business practice.Service: Weed control

Love Bermuda Escapes! My yard looks so much better since I started using them. Weed free & my grass looks so healthy! Didn’t take long to notice the improvement either! I purchased treatments for a year, so I'm stuck. I pay for year round treatments. I have bare spots all over my yard. Since they don't put the dye in their spray, It would be easy for them to miss many spots.When I requested for them to retreat these spots they refused. Also they insist on coming at 630 early morning appts. They will not give me any other time!!! I work nights and I cant be there to put dogs up. They do not try to accommodate or satisfy the customer in any way! I quit even asking! My yard is spotty in the back and sides. You can easily see that it is not fully treated. They don't even care or value customer concerns!Services: Weed control

Bermuda Escapes has been treating my yard for weeds for about 8 months and I am thoroughly pleased with their service. Within two months all of the weeds in my yard were under control and the Bermuda grass has been able to re-establish itself throughout the yard. As the previous reviewer said and I will repeat I’m tired of cleaning up after the tech. I even gave a second chance and he came back the next day and did it again leaving fertilizer all over my foyer, sidewalk both driveways and not just a little here and there but all over the place. You don’t go to someone house and leave a mess for the home owner to clean up. I feel this is disrespectful and unprofessional and as a company they seem not to care. I was a water filter tech for 17 years and would have been fired immediately if I had a complaint from a customer and turnaround and did it again the next day.Service: Weed control
