I had a wonderful experience when visiting Bella’s. I had a very sweet conversation with the owner and was met with genuine care and appreciation. I left with some very cute clothes, shoes, and a purse. I constantly get compliments on all of these items and I definitely plan to be back! I would highly recommend this shop!

The ladies are ALWAYS so sweet and very helpful. The wish list makes it so easy for husband to buy gifts for special occasions. They always wrap and present it nicely for him. I love this place. My only place to shop for Brighton items.

Just visited this place for the first time. Wanted to check it out & see what goodies I could find. I found a few, but the moment I started browsing the younger lady was watching Me like a hawk. I moved and she was right there. I would of loved to look around more, but I felt so uncomfortable..that I just left. It was like being at a car dealership.

Horrible experience!! They sold my mother shoes at full price, and when we went to return them because they hurt her feet, the manager refused to refund because they were on sale, even though they charged full price, and never said there were no returns on sale items. Owner then decides to lecture me and accuse me of telling her how to run her business. Rude, condescending, embarrassing, hateful people! Changing the rules after the sale and refused to correct the issue. Only after I got lectured, and threatened a negative review did she issue the refund.

I shop here often. The staff is great, their prices are reasonable for a boutique and I can always count on them to have the latest, in-style merch. I'm sorry but anyone having a problem here is either unreasonable or has no business boutique shopping. Not trying to be mean but locally owned shops like this should never be measured by the practices of large, chain retail establishments. Everyone there has always shown great customer service, which is why I continue to shop there. And for the record, I have no affiliation nor know anyone personally from Bella's.

I purchased a sale item on June 28. When I got it home I realized it had a hole in it. I tried to take it back for an exchange or store credit today, which is within the date limits for exchanges. I was told there are no exchanges or store credits for any items on the sale racks. Much of the store is on sale in one way or another. When I asked how I would have known that, the sales person said it is written in their book behind the cash register. Again, how would I have known that? On the bottom of the receipt I received AFTER making the purchase it states that all sales are final and there will be no refunds. I wasn't asking for a refund but an exchange. No sales are available for a refund. While she was very nice, I still think that is horrible customer service. I won't be back.

Very disappointed. They've been my favorite boutique for yrs. Today I drove from Mustang, didn't have receipt but shirt has the tags on it and I bought it 4 days ago. Of course I have a very limited time for in store credit only. They would even let me do that. I am very torn right now!!!

Excellent place for a one of a kind gift. Very nice people and store is always professional. Also great place for a haircut just through the walkway. If your looking for that personal touch and conversation with a down to earth person, you found the right place. Very all gender/age friendly. It's setup as a womans store, but any guy can go in and not feel awkward and feel welcome.

I'm a little disappointed with Bella's because I asked if some Brighton jewelry could be held for purchase from Tuesday evening until Friday when the next Brighton promotion was available. I was not allowed to do that, so I went ahead and spent $177(?) on the items I wanted. In late April I purchased over $400 of Brighton items there, so I assume I am a good customer. Next time I will wait and purchase Brighton in Norman where I live....
