We are very disappointed with our experience at BC Clark.My husband surprised me for our 45 th anniversary and took me to their North Park mall store to purchase a ring which was north of $7000.Upon paying their 20% deposit and getting sized the associate assured us we would have it by Monday or Tuesday the following week. No word, so we made another trip to their store on Monday and got sized again.2 days later, still no call. We started getting annoyed at their lack of professionalism and excuses for not following through. The sales lady actually called and said she never wrote down my ring size after 2 previous visits. This should not be this difficult.We decided to return to the store and told the associate to refund our money, we will take our business to someone who actually cares about their customers.Not one word from a manager or owner to resolve this.We promptly left their store and headed to the jewelry store at May & Wilshire.Oh my goodness! What a difference in the customer experience!We actually spoke with both of the owners and purchased a beautiful ring. It was sized and on my finger within 15 minutes! They actually have 4 jewelers in their store.Word of advice if you are looking for an outstanding customer service experience; bypass BC Clark and head to May & Wilshire. You honestly won’t be disappointed.

Awesome watch service. Brought in a discontinued watch for factory service, returned and sized. Watch looks brand new. Store sales staff always respectful and knowledgeable.

My fiancé, Keith, bought my engagement ring from BC Clark & worked with Taylor! He told me how helpful she was and how easy she made the process. Today we went back to her and bought our wedding bands! Taylor was amazing and so so helpful! We love how consistent & kind the staff is at BC Clark! 10/10 recommend!!

I dropped in Christmas week. I saw nothing on sale. The ancient jingle says that, " Most sales are after Christmas but Clarks is just before. Everything is marked way down, savings you can't ignore... blah, blah, blah... . Bunk! Shame on them!

I brought my engagement ring in to BC Clark last week due to one of the prongs being loose. Stephanie Schroder assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable. She noticed that several others needed to be replaced as well. She was very helpful and friendly! My ring was returned in perfect condition! I will continue to be a loyal BC Clark customer!Lisa
