I was gifted a Roberto Coin necklace that kept breaking and I couldn’t figure out why. BC Clark Classen Curve took my necklace and offered to replace it with a new one. When we couldn’t find the receipt of purchase due to it being a gift, the store management took it in their own hands to offer to remake the necklace for me at no charge. Turns out the original necklace didn’t pass their stress test, clarifying it was a bad model with brittle gold. They remade each chain in the necklace. It looks the same but is so much better. I appreciate the above and beyond customer service and support. Cannot recommend this location enough.

I had a great experience here today. Stopped in to see if it would be possible to put an extension on my solitaire necklace chain. Tracy got right on it, the piece they needed was at the store and they had me out the door wearing it in an hour! It now looks amazing and hits me at just the right spot now. I love their customer service and attention to detail. They truly want to make us happy :) Thank you Tracy!

Bruce Nickell is amazing! He helped me get a Rolex I have been wanting for quite a bit of time now. He is very knowledgeable and has a true passion for what he does, he rolled out the red carpet. Great location and great customer service. Thanks again Bruce!

I could not have been happier with the customer service at BC Clark. I took in a ring we had purchased less than a year ago that lost a stone. Nora sent it in to the manufacturer and when they returned it she didn’t think the repair was done satisfactorily so she sent it back and had them revise their work. I appreciated the advocacy and that her standards were top notch! She also waived all the shipping costs since it took 2 months to get the repairs done. Thank you Nora!!

BC Clark has the best jewelry and customer service in Oklahoma! I came in on a Thursday to get necklaces polished and minor kinks hammered out free of charge, and came back the next Saturday to make a purchase and the woman who helped me remembered my name! 10/10 wonderful experience every time

It was refreshing and much appreciated to work with a Rolex/Tudor AD who doesn't play games. I have very little jewelry buying history (despite being married for 30 years, neither my wife nor I wear jewelry, apart from she wearing earrings) and had heard and read about Rolex dealers prioritizing some customers over others, charging premiums over and above MSRP, requiring large down payments, etc. I spoke with Bruce Nickell at the Classen Curve store last year at length about watches and what I wanted. (My wife and I presently own and USE offerings from Seiko, Orient, Longines, Oris, Tudor, and Omega, because it's nice to tell the time or time an event on something without the interruption of a text message.) Bruce took my name and contact information and dutifully recorded it in a book. As simple as that. He kept his word and called me when my requested watch was available. No drama, no aggravation, just the excitement of buying my first Rolex. I also found it helpful working with someone who knew watches as well as Bruce.
