I have been associated with Rolex watches for over 35 yrs. I have been to dealers all over the world. My visit to B&C was the best experience I have had to date. Especially Deanna who answered all my questions made me feel I was the most important person in the store. I recommend if you are in the market for watch’s or fine jewelry you must stop at B&C

I purchased the engagement ring for my now fiancé from from BC Clark and every step of the process was spectacular. The associate that helped me, Crystal, made sure I was comfortable and confident through the entire process and the value I received was superb. We got the ring re-sized and even that was simple. Their jewelry and watch selection is excellent and I thoroughly enjoy being in the showroom.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! But i had to leave this review we went in looking for rings for our special day! The lady didn't assist us in anything we could find she showed me some bands and rings but didn't make me feel like I was a valued customer. After we left I felt discouraged soo discouraged I started wondering if I was doing it right! I will never be back here again!!

Upon entering the lovely store I was greeted, and assisted by Tiba. Tiba was highly knowledgeable on their Rolex watches, and was extremely patient with me as she proceeded to allow me to try on all of the display models so that I could find the options that best suited my lifestyle. She even went the extra mile by taking photos of the models that I liked on my wrist, and sent them to me after I left.The service that I received during my 30 minute visit was top tier. I felt welcomed the entire time, and look forward to my next visit once I get the call.If you’re in the market for a watch, or any luxury jewelry then BC Clark’s is the best choice that I can recommend, and you’re in good hands with Tiba, and the other staff members that I had the pleasure to chat with during my visit.A+

I cannot say enough great things about BC Clark. I have bought a few watches from them, and ran into an issue with one I had not bought there. Elizabeth was incredibly hospitable as always, and Randy, their watchmaker even showed me the inside of my watch and what needed to be repaired. By far and away some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you again Randy and Elizabeth!!!
