My boyfriend and I went to Battison Honda over the weekend, and we were blown away by the customer service! Our salesman, Brandon, was exactly what you would want when purchasing a new vehicle! He wasn't pushy, didn't act arrogant, and was honest with all his answers! While we were in the waiting area, every salesperson spoke to us and were very welcoming! Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with the team at Battison!

From start to finish Klayton at Battison was awesome. Went in to test drive a few vehicles and ask some questions about a new Accord and he was very knowledgable and kind and patient. Knew a ton about the car and its features. We ended up buying a new vehicle and can say it was our smoothest vehicle purchase! Updated review: I am beyond angry right now. Took my Ridgeline to get an oil change. It was recommended other services needed to be done. The technician and I went over those services and he NEVER told me what the actual cost would be to perform services. He only showed me the price of parts. I go pick my truck up thinking my total would be around $370. Labor was $539! So I just paid $937 to get my truck back. I will never do business here again.
Battison Honda made car buying so easy. My salesman, Klayton, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I don't like car shopping but he definitely made it a better experience than other dealerships!
