The customer service and quality of service is unbeatable at Bartolo's. I've gone in with an idea of what I wanted and they created it and it was better than I had hoped. I live on the opposite side of town, but it is always worth the drive.

Bartolo’s separated my mom’s first wedding set and resized my husband’s father’s ring. We were able to perform our legal ceremony using these rings. This was extremely special and important to us. They did an amazing job working with our invaluable belongings.

I've gone here for years and Mr Bartolo was absolute sweetheart and always did a FABULOUS job but since he no longer does it I think his son took over and I'm not very happy with his craftsmanship sad after all these years no more great service. I will be taking my business else were.

Issac and his team are phenomenal! We have brought pieces to him for years. He even hand made both mine and my wife's wedding bands. Beautiful, delicate work and a wonderful, professional environment. We won't go anywhere else and recommend these guys to everyone!

Issac really outdoes himself, hands down best craftsmanship, the absolute best customer service, he listens to what you want and genuinely cares, he’s very knowledgeable and loves teaching you about what he does best!! We will use him for anything and everything going forward when it comes to jewelry and custom designs. He can fix anything so perfectly, and he can set things so seamlessly.
