After trying several branches in the OKC area to open a promotional CD I finally go into this one. within 20 seconds of walking in I was sat with a account person Stephanie Cisneros. She understood what I wanted immediately and made sure everything was correct and done properly, I even go to listen to the teller staff interact with other customers and the interaction was patience personified and very respectful.

Honestly I'm not impressed ?. My payroll check is from here. They charge a fee to cash their own checks. Decided to get an account to cash for free. Guess what now they hold their own checks to verify funds. It's not a 3rd party check. The money comes out of an internal account. Beyond disbelief, honestly their are much better banks. I was trying to save a headache but I guess that's not the case.

$6 to cash a check drawn on their bank if you don't have an account with them ???? Even WalMart only charges $4, which is understandable because they cash checks from EVERY bank. So, open an account with Bank of Oklahoma and mobile deposits have a 5 day hold on checks drawn on their bank? Surely Kaiser can fund updating this bank to this century.
