Bank of Oklahoma since COVID has reduced there services. I thought it would come back but I was wrong. So now if I have business on Saturday I have to wait in the drive through line for almost 45 minutes or more. This is disappointing. I do like the people at the bank but corporate has decided the customer service is not as important. I really need to start looking for a better service oriented bank.

It's a Bank what kind of bank won't even break a $100 unless ya have an account lots of business around that can't break it in the morning so ya think a bank would but nope not this bank

I don't know it very well, but based on customer comments, it is a very popular bank. I have my wife who lives there, and my biggest difficulty is how to send money to her, since I'm from Brazil. How do I open an account?
