Went to open an account and the teller I forgot her name was being so rude checking her phone more that paying attention to my questions made all kinds of mistakes when I opened my account! The worst staff !! Do better training and get people who can actually help customers!!

Last week the drive-thru was open till noon on Saturday now it's saying it's closed on Saturdays and 9 to 5 Monday through Friday when most people are working, really!

I highly recommend Bank of Oklahoma for all your banking needs! I purchased my home ten years ago through their mortgage department and recently obtained a home equity loan. Everyone is every helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!!! 10 ⭐️’s!!!

Charged a fee for me to cash a check from the department of education. The check was for classroom supplies and it was for 100. The bank charged me 6.50. I told them it was tax payer money for students, but they didn't care. They are not a local bank and they do not have a sense of community.

Love the convenience, but the two times I have had to speak with staff they are always put out, unprofessional and seemingly in a rush. Very off putting. The location on north may is much better!
