Highly recommend working with Linda Pate. Her team has executed for our family multiple times. She takes all of your considerations and family needs into account, and communicates effectively throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond on our last transaction. Will continue to use and recommend.

The lack of communication between Bank of Oklahoma and Bank of Oklahoma mortgage is astounding ! When an electronic payment from my Bank of Oklahoma account is made on my Bank of Oklahoma mortgage, the bank MAILS A CHECK to the Mortgage office and it may take 2 weeks to get posted to my mortgage.

I only received a refund check from them and took it to my bank and deposited it. I've never been inside the building per se.

BOK doesn’t care about customers. They’ll do business with a third party who has zero security protocols with all of a customer’s personal info, including ss#. A 3rd party company with such bad security that they didn’t even know that they’d been breached for five months. Then, they’ll offer up a useless consolation prize of one years credit monitoring. Companies nowadays throw that useless, one year of monitoring around like a box of raisins on Halloween night. No thanks. How about just protecting our information since we’re customers and give you money that makes your business work.

Travis edge. Is a joke. He approved us for a house. Said we qualified for DPA. I paid for inspectors and other things. We go under contract. Stay under contract for 2 weeks and tells me I dont get DPA. And tells me he needs $5500. Upfront. Keep in mind I have already given my 30 day notice to my landlord. Packed half my stuff. Paid for things out of pocket to lower closing $. So I now don't have that. I'm screwed. Plus he just asked for another $545. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR THIS PLACE. Should have know not to after the class action lawsuit the got for stealing money.

I would look other places for your mortgage. While I finally got mine done they never wanted to do there job and always pushed it off on me and then they had everything screwed up at closing. Not really sure why I paid a closing fees to them as they didn't do or answer any of my questions. Just always pointed fingers and then screwed up what they did do and the title company had to fix it
