Staff has to be the most unfriendly banking staff in the whole metro! One lady who I assume was the manager and could hardly speak English was absolutely the meanest person I’ve ever encountered. Staff changes weekly.

Courtney Walker, was great she help me a lot in gave me the tools I needed with better understanding of everything I was trying to get done. Definitely love doing business with this bank they have lots of different great opportunities that was pointing out to me by her. Thank You!

They show little to no interest in providing good customer service. They have closed drive thru, reduced service staff inside, and shunt as many as they can to ATM machines. I moved almost all of my business to a much more eager to please credit union. Too bad. B of A was awesome in its day, but those days are over.

Needs an awning or something over the lane of the drive up ATM. The evening glare is terrible. It's almost impossible to read the screen.

Wonderful experience! I went in early for an appointment and was greeted by multiple employees and assured that I was checked in and would be helped soon. When it came time for my appointment and the person I was going to meet with was not yet available, Courtney was able to help me at the front desk. She was so nice, and was able to efficiently help me accomplish my need.

Update: It is 9/1/2023 and we STILL have not had our deposited funds returned. I contacted the claims department again and was told that despite verification of machine malfunction and funds discrepancy, the bank would not return our money until at least 9/11/2023. Probably, because of this post. HORRIBLE service!We made a large cash deposit in the ATM on this past Friday and the ATM malfunctioned and did not record the proper deposit. The machine gave us a ticket with a number to call for a claim. We immediately went into the bank to report the situation. We were sat in one of the offices, the number called given for the ATM, and left in the office. We spoke with the claim department who told us an investigation would occur and we would have a decision within 24-48 hours which we told them was not acceptable. We were then told that an escalation would be placed on the situation and we should have an answer within 24 hours. We spoke with the staff and asked if they could go to the ATM to verify the money was there. They told us that they would have to wait for a technician to repair the machine and they didn't know when that would be. On Monday, we hadn't received any information on the status. I went to the bank and saw that the ATM was working; however, when I inquired with the staff about the status of our deposit, we were then told that we had to wait until the LOOMIS personel verified the error. I reminded them that we were told that we should have an answer by the staff and claims department within 24-48 hours. THEN, the response was that the claims department didn't work on the weekends, so the 24-48 hours would not begin until that day. I also contacted the claims department and was initially told that they had no claim on file. I then gave them the claim number and then they were able to locate the claim, but the 24-48 hours did not begin until Monday although the claim was filed on the previous Friday. It is now Wednesday and we still have no answers or deposited money. We have banked with BOA for many years and this is TOTALLY unacceptable. We have also learned a valuable lesson in that customer service is NOT a priority of this company.

Tall white thin man branch manager. Is disrespectful. Treated me like I came off the bottom of someone shoe. My father1st check from his estate who just passed and served this country, check was pushedBack in my face as I stood shaking because I'm disabled and was told the bankers sitting at in the cubicle could not assist me I had to stand in linewhile he took the white couple that came in after me in his officeYes he saw me yes he spoke to them first and decided I was not worthy of his time. I have never and won't again. Over 60 plus years fam and self with this bank

Only one drive through ATM but going inside is always quick and easy. Great service all around.

Impossible hours to get into the lobby, no weekend hours, drive through ripped out and everyone is directed to an ATM that regularly requires maintenance.This is a bank that doesn't want your business.

Well, I wanted to make a deposit into my bank account but I couldn’t do that. My Apple Pay cards are not working. I need to get a new debit card and then I was gonna have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. I’m sure to get help because there’s not enough employees. I don’t understand why Bank of America drops the ball. I really really really debate every week if I should just close my bank account that I’ve had since I was probably 18 years old. This is ridiculous. I hate going to Bank of America here in Oklahoma City. !!!!

Just assume it's closed. They're always changing their hours. They close for whatever reason. Always understaffed. Go to the one on MacArthur.
