They typically offer good service especially Erika, she’s very nice and knowledgeable however Fanny on the other hand is rude and racist, I came in to ask for a verification of assets letter and her first reaction was to ask “for immigration?” Like WHAT?! I was honestly flabbergasted and upset like no girl I’m buying a house what’s wrong with you??? I don’t frequent this location often but I noticed they have a high number of Hispanic customers which would prompt a little more sensibility for their customers I would think but I guess not

The bank tellers greeted me with respect when I walked in. Even though I came to close my bank account, Natasha attended me with a sweet professional customer service. Thank you Natasha.

Nicest and most professional BOA (or any bank) I've ever been to. Bank runs for my job are the highlight of my day every time. 12/10 customer service every time!

Went to BOA branch on Memorial. Never dealt with BOA before. Upon entry, was immediately greeted by the manager. She helped me with my initial probate issue. Then Natasha took over for handling the details of my situation. She was one of the nicest most competent persons I have interacted with in a long time. It took maybe 45 minutes of her time. She never rushed to get through with my situation. She did numerous things and completely resolved my issue which was fairly complicated. Treated me like a family member. I can't speak highly enough of Natasha. Her caring, friendly, and personable demeanor was something we all as people should replicate. I highly recommend this branch. Natasha will be President of BOA one day!

is this location real? called ALL ALL ALL day not one person picked up the phone. After going through online app, rep called this locstion amd eventually we were able to report fraudulent acticity related to this location... so thank you for that. figured you would want to know... still do not understand why no one could pick up the phone

Never knew how bad Bank of America was until I opened an account. Should have read the reviews. The common theme here is wait. Wait. Wait and wait, then more waiting. Have to make an appointment days ahead to see teller. After you deposit checks into Bank of America, have to wait 9 days for it to clear. When you transfer money electronically INTO Bank of America, you have to wait 4 weeks for it to clear. Its a scam, a way for them to keep your money as looooong as possible so its free money for them to invest. The FTC, SEC, or FBR should investigate. Imagine if they withheld 1k from each person, 1M people, thats alot of free money invest.

I'm from the west coast California, I've never seen this worse service like this with BOA. 90% of drive through service are closed due to short staffed. In the lobby, there are only 3 clients for deposit, I stood there 10 minutes, ended up had to leave, because only 1 unexperienced teller was struggling with 1 transaction, all others looks like supervisor walking around, let clients wait . We don't have time for this slow service for only a deposit. Very disappointed for BOA in Oklahoma
