If I could give 0 stars I would. They would not convert a customer payment check to an official check despite being told by multiple banks that it was a common procedure. Employees here are very uneducated. Don’t waste your time with Bank of America, go to MidFirst for your personal and business banking.

They charge me to have an account. Terrible wait times, atms sometimes work. Tellers take forever to do a simple withdraw. They are always trying to push credit cards in my face. Not enought tellers helping, I will be leaving this bank. All BOA turned into this.

As I was standing inLine to cash a check. The line next to me was business and the one I’m in regular. It’s very busy but I see each line is stead In one direction. Business with business and regular with regular. I heard the lady next to me saying she’s only doing business. It became apparent I was next and instead of acknowledging me Jonny looked over at business and tried to call the man next to me who clearly hasn’t been waiting longer than me nor was in his line.The man shook his head and pointed to business and then Johnny looked at me and told me to come on.I felt singled out like why didn’t he want to help me.It was rude and disrespectful in case you all wasn’t aware of that.I asked him what his reasoning for doing it and he tried to come up with something but making me feel like he didn’t want to help me was inexcusable

I've been with BOA for over 30 years. I missed the grace period for my CD so they changed my interest rate from 3.4 to 0.03 instead of their top interest rate of 4.89. I think is pretty sad that they treat a long time customer in this manner. This was a blatant attempt to rip me off! Being with them for 30+ years should have afforded me enough respect to get their higher rate without contacting them.Problem solved, I'm moving my money to a different bank, perhaps one that like it's customers.

Nice bank overall, bankers/staff are friendly every visit and I'm there weekly.Drive up ATMs would be great if there was hand sanitizer near by...but maybe that's just wishful thinking lol.

I went to open an account and as if the lady didn't want to help me, instead of explaining to me how it works, she was scolding me, I don't know what, but I was very angry, the truth is, bad experience, she didn't give me an idea of how everything works, the truth is I prefer to change banks.

Well BOA at classen came through for me in a huge way! Just when you think customer service died with COVID , Taylor made a miracle happen today with adding an account. Kim the manager there was kind and helpful, and Tammywas helpful as well recognizing me as I came back in to drop some paperwork off . Wow. Thank you BOA on Classen !!

Every time I go in They are very helpful and happy to see me one time I didn't have an ID and they verified who I was very quickly I was able to get my banking done I realize the security features are there to keep our money safe.Thank you BOA.

Had an issue with not getting my debit card. The manager was kind and took the time out of her day to make it right. I need to reasses the way I handle things because she was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was Saturday which is a huge deal she didn't have to and she did. I definitely give them a thumbs up and withdraw my last review. If there is a big problem don't be afraid to speak up or reach out, they are more than willing to help.

Worst customer service in the banking industry. I gave Specific Instructions that I did not want mail sent to me, correspondence should be sent via email and they still sent mail anyway. You will not be able to reach anyone over the phone and the only way to speak to someone about your account is to go to the bank and wait for an hour. I will be transferring my money to any Bank other than this one.

Worst experience ever cost me 3 over draft fees of $35 dollars. Check my bank on mobile app it was positive $14 something but 3 fees pop up processing for next day. So routing transfer kicks through after and the 3 over draft fee cause me to go negative they say mobile app is not perfect and doesn't show transactions with routing number till after the fact. Then the sent out knowdis of $35 fee will be $10 in beginning of May. That's a lie too no date its really May 24, 2022. Horrible experience. To top everything off there no corrpret number you gotta email.

Horrible bank. Can’t deposit cash at the atm. Can’t deposit cash at the atm inside the bank either. The line only have 2 people in front of me but it took 20mins to get to my turn. I am about to switch my bank.
