I bet some people have hit the curb and the left lane drive thru.Sometimes the drive thru won't work so you, have to use the one outside and make line if there's many people.

Their hours are not banking hours , they don't have a drive thru for making deposits only ATM. What is that , I have to much to do for my company to worry about deposit. I go in and I wait in line for a least 20 to 30 minutes. They should have at least 3 at counter and 2 for driver thru , oh I for got no drive thru. Why?????

Really poor customer service, no sense of urgency, not helpful at all in resolving my issue. I came to this bank to activate a new credit card and even though BoA told me over the phone to go here to activate it, no one here was able to help me. They told me to call the same line I'd already called and that had told me to go there. So I was spun around in circles, and my time was completely wasted. No one at this bank cared. I will never bank with Bank of America due to this experience.

HORRIBLE customer service. They don't care enough about their customers to have a drive thru window service anymore. Replaced it with another ATM. But then they leave their original drive thru ATM OUT OF ORDER. ALWAYS long lines inside the bank. If YOU can get in the doors! LOUSY HOURS! UNCARING TERRIBLE customer service. And they don't answer the phone.

Only gave it 2 stars because it was a quick visit. The teller didn't explain anything and didn't even ask me how I wanted my bills. So she just handed me a wad of 10s with no envelope.

Location is too busy most of the time with one to two tellers available. Wait times in lines avg about 20 minutes. Friendly staff though.

Worst costumer service . I went to send a wire the bank was empty and they make an appointment for me for hours later . When I arrive only five minutes late they say I was late and that they couldn’t take care of my wire that day .

Worst experience in a branch I've ever had. Waited in line for 40 minutes to withdraw some cash due tovmy ATM card being replaced. The one singular teller has no sense of urgency, and doesn't seem at all bothered by wasting us, the customer's time. As a manager of a business myself, It blows my mind to see 10+ people in line waiting for a single teller. I've been banking with bank of america for over 15 years, and this branch has been the same the entire time, something with how this building is ran. I go out of my way to other locations and have superb, fast, friendly service.I can only guess it's to keep the labor down. I hope the bonuses are worth it.Edit: after reading more of these comments, I find it rather humorous that the company responds with canned responses. Like bro, give this location more people!

The drive thru isnt very convenient due to distance being too far between the keypad & screen and your driver side window. There are 2 lanes for the drive up ATM's. Either of them pretty much makes it so you'll have to open your car door in order to stretch (or even stand) to complete your transactions. Also bring an umbrella on a sunny day in case you wind up having to use the 2nd, outside lane cuz you can't see the screen display very well due to the reflection and glare of sunlight.

Very slow staff and the hours that they are open are ridiculous. 10 to 4 isn't even a full shift and customers have jobs too. It's impossible to find it open unless you don't work yourself, or leave work to make it there during the incredibly short period of time they are open.

Been to this location 3 times and all of my experiences were worse each time. They don’t even acknowledge you and take their time to get things done. I literally had to wait 30 minutes to deposit when I was the second person in the line. They should hire people with good customer service and work ethics.
