The staff and branch manager are fast, friendly, and attentive. There was no wait to speak to a banker; I was seen right away and they were very hospitable. I was able to open an Estate account with ease. My other Big 4 bank told me it would take at least a week to schedule a meeting and then a few more days for their Legal department to review. The staff at BancFirst definitely came in First place and won my business!

Have been banking with BancFirst for almost 20 years! We thought we would look into the idea of getting a loan to purchase a car. Ryan called me back after filling out an online form and seemed less than interested in answering questions or doing business with us. The rates offered with the sour attitude left us very disappointed. Was the amount for a loan requested just not good enough for you? I tried calling back to ask a few more questions, and was just hung up on. This would be a 1 star review if we hadn't had great service over the years banking with them. Lesson learned: BancFirst is good for personal banking but bad for loans. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I love the fact that I can walk in without an appointment and talk finances immediately, unlike my other bank. The customer service here is excellent!

I just made a account with this bank 2 almost 3 weeks ago. However, I call today due to some questions I had, and the lady yells at me "if you have questions you need to call customer service stop calling our branch." My question was something very tiny, and simple any employee of bancfirst could've answered it. I definitely recommending not banking with these people, and I will be in later on to close my account with these people. if they're going to yell over the phone over something so small they don't deserve my business or anyone else. The stars on bancfirst are low for a reason people. Just take the community advice and don't go to them.

Bad experience with a young guy called yong at the broadwayin okc location , did not want to cash my check because i did not have funds!, well thats wy i wanted to cash my check! El reno oklahoma is were i usually cash it. People act like is there money..changing banks i dont have time to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru

THIS BANK ALWAYS DOES THIS TO ME! Saturday morning 1040 asked for an ink pad so I can put a thumbprint on my check. I've been sitting at the drive thru for fifteen minutes still no ink pad. Could've drawn my own thumbprint on this check. I was the first person here and everyone has left before me.... This must be how they treat non account holders.... 20 mins from the time I drove on the property just to cash a check... This is absurd... Wish I could give them no stars. I've written this whole thing and spellchecked it and I still have not received cash for my check yet. COME ON PEOPLE GET YPUR ACT TOGETHER!
