Be very cautious opening up an account here. I was lied to about several things when I opened up the account; such as direct deposits would be immediately available upon arrival (didn't happen they held on to it for 7 days) I specifically said I did not want overdraft protection but they put it on my account anyway, they take forever to post transactions I would show pending transactions for three or four days in the middle of the week. I decided to stop using bancfirst and transfer everything over to my old checking account and then all the sudden stuff starts posting. And we won't even talk about how rude the assistant branch manager is very condescending and looks down on customers.

I’m glad I waited to write my review because today’s experience was so much better than the experience I had Saturday. I went in to speak to them in regards to opening up a business account on Saturday. The lady that helped me was very dry, limited personality, and that’s OK. Some people are just like that, but she offered no explanation of documents was just saying sign here sign here, and was very interested in having me open a personal account as well. Because I wasn’t pleased with her service I didn’t want to give her any more of my business when I got home and review the documents I had even more questions, so I went back today spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mario Reyes who was awesome. I’m glad he was able to change my experience.

I've never had an issue whilst banking that was ever bancfirst's fault. However, the main reason for this review is the absolutely superb customer service I received today. I needed to update my address AND have proof of said address being on file with Bancfirst. Normally, to get another statement with a different address you have to wait at least until when your next statement was supposed to come out or be mailed, and even then you may have to wait for the one following to take effect/show up to the new residence. This was my main issue/worry as I only have/had until the 19th to have all the necessary forms etc to obtain a state license. I explained this situation and expected to just be flat out of luck. Nooope. Instead I was met with a whirlwind of service and people who ABSOLUTELY know their job inside and out. Yall probably just saved my job. Went in to talk about a loan. Apparently they stopped having loan officers at this branch. I was told they would contact a loan officer and have them contact me. They did not tell me who the loan officer might be or where said person was located. Nevertheless, I've not be contacted. I guess Banc First doesn't want loan customers. Good thing they aren't the only financial game in town.

Very very rude and not helpful at all. Never been treated like that at a bank ever. I was there to make a deposit and the lady working must have been having a horrible day. I’m really in disbelief.

Would've been more but your branch manager is completely rude. Brought the bank said I needed to cash my daughter check only to be given attitude for not reason. I called and asked what was needed before hand and have had no issues cashing it before until today with her snarky self. Tell your manager to be nicer they do have to deal with the public she almost got cussed out

I called to ask a simple question and a woman with somewhat raspy cigarette sounding voice was very condescending and had an overall feeling as if she just didn't like her job.
