Wish I could give zero stars. This place offers no customer service to people who have banked with them over a decade. Yamalet, Kyle and Bobby have all been very unhelpful and won't give me MY money due to their mistakes and late processing dates. Do not bank here.

Been banking with them for 17 years. Now, I have to wait 5 days to access my paycheck after deposit. They'll happily take your money and awkwardly apologize when they can't give it back.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.Cash out only. Cash out only!I will be changing banks, as my family can't wait a week for money to be available, every single time.Mobile deposits can take 5-15 business days.Atm deposits take 72h minimum.Be aware, you may never see your money again, if you don't keep calling to check on your money every day. This is the precise opposite of convenience, and in the time it took them to process 1 check, I was able to create a PayPal account, order a debit card, and get it in the mail and activated. So now I can at least use something useful, while I wait for bancfirst to remember how to bank.I've been with them longer than I've been an adult, I opened my account as a 16 year old. I have been loyal, and trusting. But I don't feel like that means anything to this bank anymore. So ill be moving on. Kinda heartbroken, like saying goodbye to an old friend, but you can't trust them to be around you anymore.

Location is OPEN, tho under renovations to better serve you. Location is a favorite, just on the edge of Quail Creek. Staff is ready with a fact based plan to help solve your banking needs. Originally started in greater Tulsa, this has any number of ATM and freestanding locations across the Oklahoma. Full service bank, lots of options.
