Worst location I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t fix a problem with my account, that they messed up on. And the teller that did it said “I don’t talk to customers”. Definitely would not recommend. Would drive an hour away if I had to if this was the only location around

I had a lot of questions and had a bad day. So I know I was not easy to deal with because of my inability to focus. Especially with my child climbing all over me. Shannon Doolittle helped me and answered all my questions. She was very patient and warm. I am very happy to have returned to doing business with them now that I am back in the area they serve.
