Balliets is a fantastic store! I have been in multiple times to purchase gifts over the last couple years and have felt welcomed and well taken care of. The jewelry selection is especially beautiful and I love the pop-up shops that are hosted there. The staff are kind and professional and the new owner has brought a sense of warmth and friendliest that the store needed. It feels like Oklahoma City’s own private Neiman Marcus! Highly suggest a visit!

I went in to find a cute blonde behind a computer smacking and crunching on food. It was loud where I could hear it throughout the store. She never acknowledged me. Another lady was nice and appeared to be working hard stopped to tell me that they were having a sale in center of the store. Another worker went to the lower counter, got her phone and began to scroll. She never looked up to see me. $900 dresses, $548 sunglasses- I would expect better.

Beautiful store. Came in to buy some CL slides that I had inquired about upon meeting the owner at a pop-up. There was no one in the store except me and I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged until I started hovering around a sales associate who was playing dress up with another sales associate. The situation immediately made me feel less than so I did not purchase.

I love the quality of the clothing, and the fact that OKC has such a beautiful high end store, comparable to anything in NYC, Paris etc. There are women of fashion here that need this in our city. Every woman needs classic and timeless pieces in their wardrobe. It should be a tradition to shop here!

I always get the best customer service here! They are so helpful and nice. The store is always Clean and organized. I always find what I need and I always get food assistance. I'm excited to see the new store when they move!

Balliets has a special place in my heart, this is where my beloved Anastasia and her mom shopped for designer clothes, hats, shoes and jewelry, Anastasia was so proud of everything she purchased here , for more than twenty years Balliets has been number One, but more than shopping this was like a home for us; the staff were our friends, the special events the champagne, the wine, food and desserts were ousting part of Balliets' family, shopping here was fun and the brands they sell are the finest anywhere. I visit Balliets often, and I enjoy it just the Sam, come and see for yourself why Balliets'
