Every time I go here there is always some chubby pretentious boy there talking to me like I’m dumb because I don’t know everything about cars today I had another chubby boy help me with my head light he was being so snarky and sassy and then the hood of my car fell on his head. Instant karma lol!

They refused to take a rental tool back, even though I had a receipt, because there was a card issue. They refused to do a cash return instead.
Autozone has lost me as a customer and I won’t be buying/renting from them again!
Maybe O’reilly’s will treat their customers better.
