Stoped at the store because my car was overheating and walked and and a man named micheal greeting me and I bought some koolint from him and as I was walking out he asked me if I knew where to put it in and i confessed I didn’t he offered to help and and put it in for me and inspected my car and told me what the issue was. Took the time out of his time to help clueless me find the solution to the problem

Shannon Sango helped me with a car battery issue and absolutely made my day. The new battery was covered under warranty and he made the entire process so simple and stress free. I’m so grateful for this auto zone and for Shannon’s help!

I called and spoke with Michelle. I asked her if they had a specific headlight bulb and if they could install if for my friend who is on a fixed income and isnt good at car repairs. She assured me they would take care of my friend and to send him over. 30 minutes later my friend texted me back saying it was done. He said they took care of him and were very kind. Thank you Michelle. I really appreciate you.

I will not share an opinion of my visit to this store, but rather the factual details of my experience-
I walked into the store to receive guidance on what size windshield wipers are needed for a vehicle I do not currently have access to and found differing suggestions online. I am greeted by a friendly female employee stocking shelves across the store, then received a quiet “what do you need” from the female attending the counter as I approached. I explained what I was looking for, to which she replied “huh?”, implying she did not understand what I was asking. I explained once again, and she paused for an extended amount of time as she began to smile seemingly as a response to my request. As I awaited her response, she brings her hands to be palms up, and says “I guess I can look that up” and began to laugh as she asked what kind of car it was. I understand that the answer to this could be found by looking at the wipers currently on the car, or searching it online myself. I explained how I did not have access to the car at the time and found conflicting answers online to reassure her that I did not aimlessly walk into her store planning to use her as the first and sole resource for this information. She replied “yeah, what kind of car is it?”. I answered her question and she quickly gave me the information I was looking for. I retrieved the item from the shelf and as I returned to check out with her, she nonverbally points (no, she was not on the phone) to communicate that the other worker who was not yet attending a register would need to check me out.
I am only sharing the factual details of my visit to allow the leaders of this location to decide if this is how they would like their store to be represented, and for potential customers to decide if this is the experience you are looking for from a simple visit.

Well it looks like they hired some new help and got rid of the dead beats with attitude, I was greeted by 2 females that I've never seen in the store and they were very helpful.
