I understand since I was not going to see car in person and I was having it shipped to me, it makes it a little easier to not care. Almost purchased a car, told them I was good to go and was asking how to go about payment. I was told the finance team would reach out to finish deal. Ghosted, waited 3 days to call to check on progress and car had been sold so they say. If having the car shipped was going to be an issue or the fact that they would just rather have someone come get it off the lot, which I understand, they should have just been up front and not wasted both of our times.

Inquired about a car that I found through capital one. Verified it on the dealer's website. Received a text and spoke to a salesperson and set up an appointment for the next day. Drove 25 minutes, sat down for 5 minutes waiting for the salesperson to get their computer turned on to just be told the car couldn't be shown because the rear bumper was off for a reverse sensor issue. I feel this should have gone one of two ways.... One, the repair waited until after my appointment or I should have been told about the repair taken place before making the drive.

Well, not sure where to start . This was our second Audi purchase . My first brand new Audi was purchased in 2015. I was very pleased with the salesperson n financial guy . But last month July 3rd we was there purchase a second Audi, used Audi Q3 2020. The service wasn't all that . The salesman Darrel was great. But financial guy wasn't too great . Didn't care to revised the sales agreement . When we pay off the car same day of purchase? On top of that the title was kinda messy vin# was correct . But the color on the title it not match of the car . Not sure how that happened? So we call ask questions. He act like we're the problems ? Honestly if u can't be nice to customers buying used car then don't sell it . It not about how much I spent my money there . It should be integrity. I'm a business person i wouldn't never treat my clients less like that . Other then this last experience I still love Audi , I will continue drive Audi not sure I will bring my business to this location .

I recently bought a new Audi Q5 and I am so shocked, and impressed by my experience at Audi. Our salesman Sarah was very helpful and answered all of our questions we traded in our older car and had a number we wanted for it and a payment in mind for our new car and they DID it without having to argue or haggle. Everyone we worked with was amazing! I've never had such a positive and fast experience at a car dealership! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

Cannot say enough good things about Alexa and the exceptional personalized service received from her and the whole team. We feel extremely well taken care of, for even the most minor issues we've had over the 5 years we've owned our Audi.

Had a whole slew of problems with this dealer.Where do I start? You don't even need to read my review, although you probably should. I echo and repeat many previous reviews before mine. I also didn't have a choice but was forced to utilize this dealership.Traveling cross country in my AUDI 2014, I had a problem with the car, it wouldn't start and it just showed me the EPC light on the dash.Had the vehicle towed to the closest audi dealer, which happened to be this one.No choice but to get a hotel and stay overnight to wait for the fix.Was told by this dealer that it was the fuel pump on the car that needed replacing. They replaced the fuel pump. Was able to finish my trip cross country and arrived safely, thank God, in California.Less than TWO MONTHS later, I had the same problem occur on the car. Fuel pump problems and fuel module problems.THUS, began the back and forth between oklahoma city audi dealer and the audi dealer in rancho mirage california. The first thing a dealer does is DENY ANY FAULT. That's the first rule of a dealer... DENY ANY WRONGDOING.If you have an older Audi, pay attention. They really don't give two $#*^@#t's! about you OR your car.I was lucky that the car actually survived the rest of the trip. VERY lucky. Back in California, I had the same issues occurring with the car the same as they were in Oklahoma City.. it was as if NO CHANGE HAD BEEN MADE to the car. After several back and forth between the dealer here in California and the dealer in Oklahoma and Audi CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE in Libertyville, Illinois.... it became painfully obvious that there was no such thing as making sure the "customer experience" was a pleasant one and they all proceeded to reject any and all requests to reopen the repair request and either give me my money back or repair again the same issue at no cost to me.After taking the car to a mechanic that was outside the dealer, it was noted and photographed.. that the audi dealer's technician's work was shoddy and parts were missing their mounting screws and that the clip for the electrical connector on the fuel pump had broken off.As a result of this substandard work, the wires leading up to the connector had fried.. because they were "taped back together" again.WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY for yourself Audi?I will never do business with you again and also, I would steer clear of this dealer in Oklahoma City. After several months of misery... NEVER AGAIN.Please see review from Dale W. San Marco, TX"Failed to fix the problem completely and the car had the same apparent problem when I picked it up as when I dropped it off."DITTOPlease see review from Ryan M. from Oklahoma City, OK"Had to get corporate involved..."DITTOMohamed E. from Oklahoma City, OK"Honestly a ripoff, Alexa is there to take your money no matter what.."DITTO... I also had the same problem with her.Tim P from Oklahoma City, OK"ucooperative, rude... poor salesmanship and terrible business"As a side note, I'll be glad when the RULE OF THE CAR DEALER is over and people have a fair shot at getting a fair deal on a new car.

Very expensive for what they do. Failed to fix the problem completely and the car had the same apparent problem when I picked it up as when I dropped it off.BUT, -) I was driving through town and needed to get it repaired quickly. They did a good job of getting to it and fixing it quickly so I didn't have to pay for a hotel room.-) Friendly staff.-) Provided transportation so that I could kill a few hours while they were working on the car.

This place has a knack for billing you twice the amount it quoted you. Staff is ostensibly friendly, but when your bill's 100% more than quoted, how friendly is that?Go elsewhere.
