Great experience. Got a fantastic deal for my samsung galaxy S24 ultra. Gabe was super helpful and quick with the purchase while also ensuring we were taken care of an happy with the new device. Even explained everything for us so we would not be confused with a bill. Would recommend purchasing your phones here.

Sorely disappointed in the customer service. We went in to upgrade my husband’s phone. Checked in, gave them our name and waited for our turn. They were somewhat busy but not overly much. Our turn came up but the associate skipped over us and helped the customer after us. Another associate apologized and said we were next then he and about 2 more associates went on break. Why have a list if you don’t follow it. We will go to a different store to shop for the phone upgrade.

From a grey haired 82 year old computer illiterate:I recently switched from U-Verse to Internet-air. If it wasn't for the help from Kymber and Matthew, and the store manager whose card I didn't get, I would still be fighting with myself and not going anywhere. My hat is off to the kindness, intelligence and plain talking folks at the Memorial store.They score a TEN in my book.

I was having problems with my cellphone not receiving some calls. We arrived just before noon on Saturday, and we were helped right away. The agent changed the Sim card, but it didn't make the phone receive another agent's call. That agent punched a button to take off something called Active Armor. That fixed it.7

Low energy sales staff with no focus on finding a resolution. No inventory in the store.Took three different stores to get to someone to even offer a solution.Unhappy with the resulting purchase. Paying more for something I didn't need when your stores don't have stock. Feels like a bait and switch. I’m sure I was “spiffed” on the purchase.Nobody says nice to meet you, shake your hand or even thank you for spending money with you.Disappointing all the way around.Online details do not match the in-store experience. Staff walks with no sense of urgency, no eagerness to greet or even help.The very minimum was done to help.

I always dread getting a new phone, iPad, etc. The process is usually so long. However, I was helped quickly & efficiently today. James H. was extremely knowledgeable & kind. He made the process so easy. This was the best visit I’ve had at an AT&T store.

I needed to move 6 lines from another service provider. The ATT store was very busy when I arrived. Regardless, I was immediately greated and registered when I came in. The rep I had the appmt with was running long with another customer. Not a problem. Had to wait about 10min.Overall, Ray (rep) provided excellent service, was extremely knowledgeable and very organized. Kymber (Mngr) was very helpful in finalizing the best plans and supporting Ray. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The store was packed! I just needed one little thing changed on my account. The guy at the front took the time to do it for me. 5 minutes and I was out of there! That's the kind of people these are!

If I could, I am going to leave 0 star for it. They can’t help you solve the problem, I ask to pay my bill, I used to have the auto pay and it cancelled by itself, and I come to ask pay my past due pay and see if I can set up the auto pay again through my app. And he just say “ you need to call the payment number, we can not do anything about it”. And I ask to check my payment by each line, because I find out some extra charges for it, and he just let me call. any problem you talk about, the person just said “we could not help you with that, you will need to call ***, I can’t help you!” What is this store here for? Just for sale? Could not help to solve problems. So bad! Make me feel so bad!
