I have a copy of the bill I signed up for. Breaks down charges for each phone line.I get that it doesn't include taxes.My actual bill is $100 more.No one is able to help.ATT has terrible service and worse customer service.Save yourself the headache!!

Chris was super helpful. We'd gone to a different A&TT store and they had trouble transferring my wife's phone from FirstNet to A&TT but Chris was able to do the transfer with no trouble. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

I have been to this store more than once and I never got a proper answer to my issue. First person said phone was fine. No problem. Later that day I got notice of issue with SD card. Last visit the young lady said SD card was not even needed. My concern was that I would lose my information on my phone & if photos were on SD card. Did not have feeling like she knew anything. I later received another warning on my phone that SD card was not compatible with my phone! Very frustrating and I will not return to this store again.

I was in a panic, and my phone was stolen at work. All of my business contacts were in it, not to mention all of my contractors. I was there 10 minutes before they even opened. Christopher opened the door and listened to my dilemma. He called me down and saw all my contacts were saved in the AT&T cloud. Got me a new phone and updated my plan on my request. Whew! And a Big sigh Thank God!! Everything was okay.

Got my phone from Bernie pretty easily but only because I knew I had an upgrade available in less than a month and he tried to charge me $200 for an insurance claim instead and I almost had to do it until I asked if I could pay the rest of what I owed. It was like he was trying to trick me, I get that that’s probably you guys’ whole thing but I didn’t appreciate it.

Sure can’t fix my cellular data. Two phones, two tablets. Hasn’t worked for 90 days. Five trips to two stores, new SIM cards. Network trouble ticket , no response. After 23 years, ATT has failed.

The AT&T representative was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was willing to ask for help if he didn't know the answer. It was a good experience.

Averaged the time. Tuesday went and waited 30m+. Wednesday (yesterday 20230927) called and gave sales rep heads up I was heading her way. As soon as I walked in she was available to upgrade to iPhone 15pro.

Do not trade in a phone with AT & T. I went to this location to have internet installed in my home. They tallked me into trading in my phone. They said it was eligible for an upgrade to a new device at no cost to me. All I had to do was pay the taxes. This was for an $800 phone. There was not a single mention that the phone may not qualify. A month later, I receive a text that says I wasn't eligible and that I was given a market value credit. The credit was $5. Yes, $5. This is not a onetime mistake made by the sales staff. It is happening in multiple locations. I think I'm going to just go into random stores and start recording what these people are doing. It is absolutely wrong to flat out lie to people to trick them into buying a new phone. I have been a customer since 1998. So they don't even care about loyalty.....

2 best ways to waste a whole afternoon... A: Watching grass grow. B: calling the AT&T store or customer service. I have never seen more than 3 customers at one time in a store, yet when you call, all the employees are just too busy to answer. Then they'll pick up after it rings for a half hour, and put you on hold. This is after you've clicked through 7 menu options to even get to the store. Had a contract signed with them for one amount, and got a bill for double that amount. Finally got my call picked up, employee was rude as hell and sounded pissed off to have to talk to me. Of course, at the end of the day, they can't even get into your account, you have to call Pakistan! I mean customer service!*

Bailey at AT&T Store NW Expressway & Rockwell helped me get my phone working. She was extremely helpful and efficient. I plan to highly recommend this store because of her Superior Customer Service!!! Thank You Bailey and Thank You AT&T!!!

Don’t go here. The women at this location changed things on my plan without my knowledge and I had to wait hours on the phone before it was fixed and even then they couldn’t understand or have a good answer for me. If I could I would give them negative stars for improperly accessing my account without my consent and changing things I didn’t ask them to change. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are not well trained. Waste of your money and time.
