Actually this was total of 3 days on the phone with customer service and not in an actual store. I just find it ridiculous that a business as pronounced as AT&T has to have a million different contracted out customer service/ tech support/sales/mobile/landline/uverse Internet/uverse air internet/uverse able etc etc and mostly talking to out of the country contractors which in itself is bad but when your in conversation with them you literally hear another customer service agent cut in to your phone line with there customers like a 2 party phone line way back when, I had a uh ? moment in addition to being passed around where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand said or did!!!? I can't believe they are this disorganized, my money is spent better else where.

The entire staff was amazing! They juggled guests based on their skill sets, and we're extremely knowledgeable. The way they worked together to handle things was a marvel! I can't say enough great things about those guys!!!

I recently visited the Southside AT&T I-240, the customer service was excellent. Qwashon was very patient and attentive. He spend a lot of time helping me and resolved my issue. I definitely will be returning. Thank you!

I went there because to pay bill at the machine it was broken the lady took my bill I have 30$ months plan she charge me 35 and change saying it's taxes , I know it's 9cents to the dollar 9×30= 2.70 I WAS BORN AT NIGHT NOT LAST NIGHT!

Absolutely wonderful service from Phillip! Not only did he spend time working towards issues we were having and offer solutions. He also called to check on us the day after our install to make sure everything was working. It is well worth the drive for us to this location to get assistance.

I have tried calling the store to speak with the manager about a salesperson who promise me $100 rewards card and a credit on my land line for phone. No one answers would like a call back.Willie mase promise but did not deliver.

I went in to the store one associate. Help me couldn't help me went to the other associate gave me a phone number to call and sent me on my way, very disappointed. I am disable on the crutches and did not get help in the store, thank you very much.

We went here due to a billing issue with autopay (arising from long ago). Even though we weren't at the store to buy anything, we were treated nicely. It took the manager, Gisele, getting to help us - but we hope the problem is now corrected.

Chris was absolutely amazing! He helped my daughter set up her own line and also took the time to educate her on her purchase, billing and insurance. Chris also took the time to talk with me regarding upgrades, discounts and billing. 10 out of 10 great job!
